I did this one for the first time tonight. Loved it despite it only being 15 mins, it certainly got my heart rate up! I used it as a finisher to another workout. Will definitely do this one again. The size of your dumbbell too Caroline! Its mooosive!
THANK YOU for not putting lunges in this. They cramp me without fail no matter how much I warm up and it feels like all leg workouts have them. It's nice to know I can work all of my lower body without them.
Ohhh I am so glad I saw this comment! Has me more excited for this workout. Lunges just hurt my knees like crazy. I don't know what it is, but I try my best, but my knees hate them.
I joined Caroline last Summer. I added this workout today as an add on after Iron day 8 (glutes and hamstrings). It was amazing. Caroline, you have done so much for us. Thank you! I use my 45LB bar, added 25 and 10lb plates to make a landmine! I don’t know why it took me this long to utilize my bar this way.

Holy moly. I've been consistently running and doing dumbells/resistance bands for about a year, but I've never really done squats before. Did this yesterday with just a 20 lb dumbell, and today I am SORE in parts of my legs I've never been sore before. Your workouts are amazing!
Caroline, I am at least twice + your age, but you truly motivate me to workout, besides, I believe it is never too late to make good muscles. July 18, 2020 P.S. today is my birthday and I am going to give to myself a year of working out at least 5 times a week. Happy I took this decision.

Another absolutely phenomenal workout. This didn't feel overly challenging while at it, despite my heart rate climbing - but now that it's all over I really feel it! I pick a different video of yours 3 or 4 days a week. I've never felt this strong, and I've never enjoyed workouts this much.

I used this workout as a finisher after Epic Heat Day 31Lower body Complexes. I used 30 for 1st excercises and 35lbs for the rest. Great variety to hit all the major muscles in the legs.

Iv started lifting heavier because or your workouts and I can already see and feel some changes in my muscle👏 growth. ✅8/18 - Hubby's and my weekly legs routine! Short and short to the point. Used 40lb DB for the deadlift! 💥 ✅8/11 - Hubby and I both completed this workout at separate times! 😆 I held on to my 30 lbs dumbbells at the sumo squat burnout and it felt amazing. Hopefully next week I'll be able to do at least one of the rounds with my 40 lbs DB! Thank you for making us stronger!!! ✅8/6 - Back for more burn! 🔥 ✅7/29 - I did half of the sumo squat pulses with my DB and dropped it as soon as I looked at the screen. 😅 Thank you, Caroline! did this as a little addition to glutes bodyweight. i like that there is no timer for the complete workout, which would let me tend to look at the watch the whole time, but this way you can concentrate on the moment while little cues like "half way" are totally enough to motivate and orientate
