  • Today, I made Japanese curry dish, Steak Katsu Curry! It's Japanese style curry paired with beef cutlet (steak katsu/Gyukatsu)!
Beef was crispy on the outside, tender in the inside and paired well with the curry made from ox bone broth from previous video.
The cheese sauce as another addition I enjoyed a lot with the curry :)

Ohhhh so thats a way to elevate those curry blocks! I never thought of this before! So cool! lol
I wanted to share with you something i learned in cooking recently. Im usually really bad at making rice even though i wash it, it still never comes out right. But recently I let my rice rest after cooking it and BAM! The rice was perfect. I was so happy bc its something that has bothered me for so long. So i appreciate you saying to let the rice rest because i never knew that even though i watched tutorials.

Chef, always appreciate your videos. I was wondering if you have a general oil temperature and time tip to have the tenderloin steak closer to medium rare doneness?
