    Hi i wanted to know what cook ware are you using is it stainless steel or aluminum I am trying to switch ever since I heard nonstick has forever chemicals and seeing what is best for cooking soups and stuff please help thank you

      Hello! I use stainless steel cookware. Quick tip: you can make stainless steel nonstick if you heat it hot enough before adding oil (look up "Leidenfrost effect stainless steel").
