Salmon Roulade Recipe: Salmon Roulade, Sauce Ikura Supreme and Brussel Sprouts

Today, I wanted to show you a salmon roulade recipe! I paired the roulade with sauce ikura supreme and brussel sprouts! Sauce was flavorful, salmon was soft and I am happy with the outcome :)

Havent seen a salmon roulade before. Excellent and simple presentation. Any tips on the supreme sauce? I've made one before and wasnt too impressed with the taste.

Thank you! Quality of supreme sauce depends a lot on the stock! It will come out much better if the stock is reduced quite a lot ;) thank you for watching!
