Orange Marinated Fish: Orange Marinated Chilean Seabass, Corn Barley, Orange Butter Sauce!

Today, I made orange marinated fish dish, with Chilean seabass! The fish is rich, flaky and goes very well with aromatic orange marinade. Richness is cut from the acidity and complexity is added from the aroma. Glaze just adds another layer of flavor!
I paired it with corn barley and that was very tasty! Good texture, and flavor of creamed corn made the barley so desirable for me.
