You are bringing my childhood imagination projects to life. I put a skateboard on the “front” of one of these and a 2x4 on top for seating. I had no steering but I am telling you, in my mind it was just like your build!
OK, so here’s what you should’ve done with the axle that was on the handcart is turned that into the live axle it would’ve worked you could use it all you need is some bearings and the things that lock everything into place sure you might have to cut in some custom notches, but it would still work and it would be cheaper😊
Definitely cheaper but no by much i reckon. With all the time I would use and hair pulling. I think a 15 buck axle from aliexpress saves me that pain. 🙂
My favorite part of your video was when you said "Sick" and you had a clip of Team America World Police where Gary is throwing up. I was dying. Lol The Go kart is cool too.
the best .. I like and subcreber asal indonesia sangat mengagumi anda dalam berkarya luarbiasa , semoga saya dapat memiliki salah satu dari gocart yg anda ciptakan 🙏🏻
Is tig welding strong enough for structural supports? Like welding the frame of a bike together, actually not even a frame, just welding accessories onto a 6062 aluminum frame?
Don't know much about gocarts or cars in general - but how would spacing the tires out a bit more change the driving experience? This almost looks like I would be afraid to tip over if going hard around a corner, haha :) Some gocarts are so low and wide etc. This one seems a hell of a lot easier to transport though and it looks awesome!
1000% right but I wanted to keep it short and twitchy for the excitement 😅😂 big advantage is exactly what you said. Fits easily in the back of the car.
Where do you get the gokart parts from in Norway? I've been wanting to make a gokart ot minibike for many years now and this awesome build has motivated me to finally get a welding machine and take the leap.
Ali express my friend. Norway just doesn't sell the the parts to make a mini bike or gokart. I've got some links to some parts in the video description if you want to check them out.
It’s about time you made something interesting or fun, I’m sick of all the shit you make……. I just get more jealous with each video 😂😂😂……. Forking arseome Avenger! I’m looking forward to the next one already. Keep up with the videos they’re some of the best non professional UA-camr content on here. It’s what UA-cam was originally made for…….. MASSIVE FAN! Would it be possible for a possible longer video where you could show a somewhat more in depth process so that we could try this ourselves? No pressure or anything just curious I would love to try this out but have no prior experience to building a year but have the tools to do so
@jahyeet1137 I'd love to do share more of how I built it but I kind of work with no plan just an idea and work it out as I go along. Any specific info you need?
"There's something scary about a new tool which you couldn't really afford"... Yeah I feel you! At my second bend i put on the 1" 3/4 die and tried to bend a 1,5" tube ofcourse it came out sh!t and I panicked like a pussy having spent 700 bucks for it. Oh the joy in realizing I'm a moron and the machine actually works LOL Tho that model has some limitations you might be aware of, mine is a JD^2 clone made in UK i think. To say, I like going cheap with materials and many consumables but after thought case by case, I tend to "invest" in tools that I will reuse and will save me time in the future. For example, have u noticed how a plasma cutter does much more things than a tube notcher while costing almost a half? ;)

Sorry Stephen original content is hard to find these days it seems. I'm glad you are creating original videos for the rest of us 🙏Maybe we should meet up? I'd love to discuss some original ideas with you. Perhaps you could be my original idea consultant. I need all the help I can get.
Ok hear me out, you build it backwards. Put the seat at the other end in the U. Sit low, legs up high like a mini Formula 1 car. Siiiick
I do kind of like that idea. I'll put it in the ideas bank. Thanks for sharing
I loved this project! So fun to drive! You really know how to make a great experiences for people who dare to drive your crazy contraptions! 👏
You are welcome! You were crazy enough to drive it. You da man

Mate, your attitude and enthusiasm is bloody awesome! Good on ya bro, subbed and going through your back catalogue 😀
Much appreciated! Older videos are a little different. Not so much for kids. 😅
Great film, well crafted and entertaining. The cart is awesome, lots of fabrication. Mahalo for sharing.
Mahalo for commenting as always 🙏🙏🙏

That dogs having a fun time.
Some people are sick. By some people I mean me.
@garageavenger were all sick just a little bit, lol.
Incredible. Can’t wait to see what your imagination comes up with next.
Me too 😅
This should be a sport kind of like those wood block racers we did in school... only can use a dolly to make your go cart
That sounds like a new video idea. If only I knew others as silly as me. Any suggestions
just found the channel, great content, watching from ft myers florida in the U.S, keep up the solid builds! you have my watch!
Awesome, thank you!
Hey good video style! Much more peaceful to watch with less of the over the top hype. It's the style I'd like to work towards for my videos too.
Thanks dude looking forward to showing you more!
Damn..mad fabrication skills...awesome work man! Things sick❤

That was a fun build, looks interesting to drive but I guess you get the hang of it.

Sorry, my website is down

I'm no expert and I don't know your project but I'd say yes.
Always fun watching.
High quality videos 😊👍
Keep it up.❤
Thank you! Will do!
Where did u get the trolley from i cant for the life of me find one that will be a suitable fit for my engine
In Norway here I bought it from a store called Biltema

Could of used the other spindles and got the geometry way easier lol good job on everything tho!
Possibly, but I stand by my irrational choice :)
The package delivery 😅 had me rollin
Right?!
Great to see a competent delivery person that doesn't steal the package.😂
Ohh that messed with my head. Suddenly seeing my friends Track, on a random youtube video.

@12:50 good bye bearing
@madvelila I know right!!
Didn't want to use the original spindles cuz then you actually have to worry about steering geometry
I'm confused
It's geared quite low and is very slow and torquey in first gear. I think you should gear it higher.
