    Is it possible that some of the traffic is counted as "direct (none)" when following scenario happens: User visits the site, site open cookie pop-op, after accepting the cookies, google tag starts counting the users - and that these users are then counted as direct?

      ofc - any direct source described (url typing, untagged pdf, email etc need analytics script to be loaded
      if user doesn't give consent to share data with analytics platforms than there should be no record of the visit in ga4 at all

    is it possible that the direct/none is coming from a mobile app ?

      absolutely, if it's a no-utm link
