Sid, I gotta say I watch several pressure washing channels, but you are one of the only people that actually take the time to care about the details. Things like moving plants and furniture, cleaning the areas like the fences and walls where needed. Trying to clear out the drains was even a step above. I think it is part of why your channel is successful.
just to add, coz i do agree, i think that is one of the reasons that his busnisess is growing too, aprart of he being a wonderfull human and exelent professional! top tier work always
We had Irish travellers who did next door's drive, they sprayed all the sand from between the bricks into our drive and into our drain. It looks me hours to take it all apart and clean it out, the sand had gone solid.
With things like the blocked drains and possibly others. It might be a idea to have some leaflets in your van. From companies you would happily recommend. If your customers are happy with your work they might be also happy to follow your recommendation to a company that has a similar work ethic. And ofcourse the idea is that those companies also do it back to you. (like you scratch their backs, they scratch yours)
This would have been the perfect opportunity for a Collab with the drain unblockers. Keeping my fingers crossed this happens at some point. My two favorite UK UA-camrs.
Wow!!! Quite the challenge this one. The drainage issue is terrible there. Makes the job so much harder. They should have you come back and do all the fencing. That would make it really stand out. Great job. Love watching all your videos. Always interesting and challenging jobs. This 77year old lady never thought I would be so fascinated by pressure washing. Beautiful brick work there in England. My daughter and her family are going there in two weeks can't wait to see all her pictures. Thanks for sharing.
You are a brave soul Sid. I would have seriously told them to get the drains unclogged first and then came back. Would have been nervous about them having backed up water in their house again. You did an amazing job as always though! Love your work ethic.
With all the rain you guys have been getting, I’m surprised every house wasn’t flooded already. Whoever is managing things there has dropped the ball with those drains. It’s likely to be an expensive fix at this point.
I can't believe the last cleaners were so negligent, they dumped all the sand, dirt and muck down the drains. Thanks for the video, Sid. Always appreciate it 👍
Lots in this line of work cut corners, do it for dirt cheap and you get what you pay for.... Big difference as they probably don't even treat in most cases.... We have that same travelling group here in Ireland that do all that, sure they were probably the ones that done the original drainage install or lack of....
Felt so bad for you starting such a big job with that lousy drainage but as usual you conquered it in true Sid style and the result was outstanding as per usual.
I've never appreciated living in such a well-draining, uphill area as much as I do now that I've watched your videos. I mean, a lot of my childhood was spent in a house with a basement that flooded twice a year, but now that I live above the river I have grown complacent. I am glad that my city fines people for getting leaves and grass clippings in the streets.
Reminds me of my aunt, who used to explain her faster knitting as wanting to finish the row before she ran out of wool. Still makes me laugh to this day. Amazing job, despite the blocked run-off.
That was a huge job Sid and such a massive difference. It's your attention to detail and good planning that makes you the best. Hope Kev gets well real soon.
Buy a tool called a sludge sucker. It’s like a cone you attach to you pressure washing wand and it creates a vacuum shooting the water through a 15’ long 1-1/2 hose. I live in the US so I’m not sure what the conversion is on that but it’s an incredible tool for water and sludge removal. Saves me so much time at work. Check it out don’t sleep on this comment. It’s a life saver. Lol
You always handle the degree of difficulty you face with aplomb. I admire that. You also do the fine details which is important and impressive as most people couldn’t be bothered. Edit: A qualified plumber is needed on those drains. Can’t they use an electric eel to clean them up or am I out of date as I am an old lady. Amazing job Sid. Thank you. May you please take care and stay safe.
Top job Sid 👍, great results. No cutting corners ❣️ and sorting out someone else's negligence/ laziness too. Shame there aren't more people like yourself. Well done 🥳
The brickwork and the fencing came up fabulous, Sid; not your fault the drains were a nightmare. Once they get that sorted out by a pro, they'll probably have a lot less flooding issues~
Sid, when these homeowners have are that backed up drains it should be on the homeowner to fix that before you get on the job. Excellent job by you Sid! You always go over and above your job. It’s one thing to clear the drain. It’s a whole Nother thing to figure out what the problem is and that’s the homeowners issues. Thank you again for all your hard work.
Thank you for posting today, I needed the zen. Just a thought, but you could probably use a small trailer on the van. Rent one for bigger jobs or when Kevin isn't there. It doesn't need to be new if you buy, just sound, with good wheels and tires.
You and Flawless Cleaning are the only two pressure washing/clean up channels I always watch. Others don’t even come close to the amount of effort and care you blokes put in! Love from Australia ❤️ 🦘
That was a lovely job from a size point of view, and of course the usual high standard of professional workmanship. Thank you for the example you live of putting the passion of what you do into the work. It shows
Sid for future issues of this nature, a portable sump pump placed inside the drain. Seal below the pump with some sort of blow up plug sealer to capture water and debri. i dont know if there is such an item on the market like pool toy that is expanded in place. Just an idea to consider.
Interesting job. A lot of area, a lot of different parts to handle, and the big subject of DRAINAGE came up again. I admire you got that one very clogged drain cleared. Over time, you have taught us to watch out for drainage problems, to clean under grate covers, etc. It seems like a fairly complex subject, between types as soak-aways, whether the grading was adequate to create drainage, and the network of how drainage was intended. Thank you for showing us various ways you coped here. The paving finish work looks nice and the recovery of the tile roof colors as well. Best wishes for Kevin's recovery. Appreciated the view of a bit of yellow Forsythia blooms, some hope of Spring.
Hopefully someone in that community will get on the ball and address the blocked drains. Letting it go will only get worse over time and it won't be one resident getting a backup it'll affect more and result in more damage and costly repairs.
I can't understand it... they knew after the last time they had a pressure washing that there was issues with the drains... haven't bothered to get a professional out to fix them... then decided to get it pressure washed again. I know you're aware of the issue and will do what you can to not flood anywhere, but honestly I don't understand why they haven't fixed the issue before getting it pressure washed again. It's like having a leak in your roof, and saying "oh, I love the sound of rainfall, I can't wait for it to rain again" before fixing your roof. Blows my mind
Looks so nice. I think I’d be a bit wary of messing with other peoples drains. It’s very expensive to repair them and you don’t want anyone claiming that you damaged them by trying to unblock them!
Love watching your videos have for over a year now. I used to have a big window cleaning business but decided to downsize. Now doing lots of pressure washing. I've started a youtube page but not sure about talking like you do. Just getting a van system next week. Trying to get subscribers now. It's amazing how many you have. Hopefully soon as I learn how to do videos I'll get more. Anyway keep up all the brilliant work.
You should take a little time to watch the Penetrator and Drain Addict. Both guys are from Australia, but it might give you some insight to how drains are connected and maybe even use your own machine to blast a hole through the gunk to get it flowing a little bit. Too bad Gavin isn't in the UK. He'd have quite the day getting those cleared.
What a cool communal area of garden and walkways. You did a great job! The drainage made it really difficult, but you persevered. Hope they get those drains cleared. Stay safe.
Your videos are very useful and provide lots of information. I have received lots of help after watching this post, please continue to share this kind of information. Thank you.
Hi Sid, cleared my drains today ready for next week. They weren’t completely blocked but they were a bit slow. Never thought of it until I watched this video.
What a beautiful area to work on. Love the pathway, very cool! You did an amazing job as always. I really love seeing all the different types of properties you work on. Thanks for sharing!
For all the time that you take a nap to clean out those drains I'll hope these guys are paying you extra for what you do for them because what they have to realize is that they need to keep those drinks clear so when you clean the the areas of the homes you don't have to go through all this here But I believe they know there's so many drinks I'll cloud the whatever but they want you to clean it out and that's not fair to you I love your videos and love what you do for the people but they gotta make sure they don't drink as clear so when you clean the sidewalks or the yard and whatever you doing that you don't have to take time out from your work to clean those drains out But I hope they do pay you extra for that even though you don't mind❤❤❤
Alrighty Sid, with all the other stuff you have to have in your vehicle, why don't you get a trailer for the scaffolding, it would be so much easier to load the trailer than to cram it all in the Van possibly breaking something important
Love the work Sid keep it up! Didn’t know if boxwall temporary flood barriers might help those situations, to divert or stop water going where it shouldn’t.
Great job Sid! This one looked like a difficult job. You are very good at your job. Keep on keeping on. Take care and I'll catch you in your next one! 👍👍🇺🇲
That was a large job with all the extras! Long day , not help and clogged up drains. I am so sorry, Hopefully the next few days will be better. ;) Looks really nice from what I could see. Were the owners happy with it? They better be lol! Love to see when it is all clean. Take care of you! See you next time. Oh and I agree with Rypper, the devil is in the details. ;)
Unglaublich verdreckte Abflüsse, da gehört eigentlich eine Spezial Abflussrohr Firma her. Sehr stark dass Sie diese ungewohnte Arbeit ebenfalls angehen 🌟
Great job as usual Sid. I have a question, I have a patio but it has stones between the slabs so pressure washing isn't an option and the slabs have really bad black spots on them although I did blast one of the slabs with the pressure washer and it just won't budge. I have a dog so I'm not sure what to use to get rid of it. Any ideas??? Cheers Simon
Great video, bro. I actually had the question of blocked drains to ask you about. Would love to see how the professionals clear this blockage, but I know you wouldn't be there to film that. Nice work, Siddie. 😀

totally agree to this
I have to agree. First time to see someone cared about the drainage.
We had Irish travellers who did next door's drive, they sprayed all the sand from between the bricks into our drive and into our drain. It looks me hours to take it all apart and clean it out, the sand had gone solid.

It has been multiple times, they had to have to curb at the top of the drive raised up because it was flooding every year 😅
@@PartridgeExteriorCleaning and they haven’t figured that out yet? Oy vey!
I can't believe the last cleaners were so negligent, they dumped all the sand, dirt and muck down the drains. Thanks for the video, Sid. Always appreciate it 👍

Or heavy rain and years of drainage sent stuff there
Felt so bad for you starting such a big job with that lousy drainage but as usual you conquered it in true Sid style and the result was outstanding as per usual.
Wow that's awesome
I've never appreciated living in such a well-draining, uphill area as much as I do now that I've watched your videos. I was so happy to see a 20+ min video. Thank you, I realize editing takes a lot time. You do a great job!
Thanks for watching!
Reminds me of my aunt, who used to explain her faster knitting as wanting to finish the row before she ran out of wool. Still makes me laugh to this day. Amazing job, despite the blocked run-off.
I thought we'd finally get a Partridge Exterior Cleaning & The Drain Unblockers crossover episode.
Gosh, what a mess. I almost would have held off until they got those drains cleared!
I nearly did!
(Providing they paid him anyway) business is business, you can’t really dictate to customers or hold them to ransom, they would just go elsewhere!
Happy Sunday, Sid posted !!! Awesome job as always sir.
Thanks again!
That was a huge job Sid and such a massive difference. It's your attention to detail and good planning that makes you the best. Hope Kev gets well real soon.
I love your attention to details like moving pots and the wood fence. Well done!
It's because of you sid I've started my own exterior cleaning business. Thank you I've learnt alot from your videos. Keep up the good work
Never look back 😉
I always find it amazing that a little high pressure water/steam can rejuvenate the property.Looking great.

Ah it’s Sid O’Clock 😀

It's tough at the top. Great transformation I'm sure the residents appreciate your attention to detail. Keep up the good work. 👍
What a crazy big job and barely any working drains...you did a great job Sid!
I slow down the parts with the wand, my favorite, so satisfying 😁 Love your work, videos and on the homes😀👍
Thank you for posting today, I needed the zen.

I love that herringbone pattern on the driveways. We just don't see that here in the US. You make it look like brand new. Like magic🤩
I'm sure they wished they'd found you sooner! A true professional!
Thank you for the care and diligence in doing a great job and managing the runoff. Hope the customers get those drains unclogged. Great job
I hope Kev is feeling better! Excellent job, as always! I hope they have their drains cleared before the next major rainstorm.
Sid you worked very hard on that job. The drainage, or lack of it, will always be a big problem. You did a great job. Get well Kev.
What an improvement! Good job working around the drainage issues.
23minutes of pure fun and chillness aha, always love a long video from you Sid !
Ooh this looks like another mega property!
Interesting job. A lot of area, a lot of different parts to handle, and the big subject of DRAINAGE came up again. I admire you got that one very clogged drain cleared. Great job, beautiful house and garden
Its amazing too see how different everything is built there than it is here in USA
Hopefully someone in that community will get on the ball and address the blocked drains. Letting it go will only get worse over time and it won't be one resident getting a backup it'll affect more and result in more damage and costly repairs.
Amazing mess but a beautiful clean up ❤️

If it were me, I would have refused to pressure wash until the drains were fixed. Homeowner totally has their priorities out of order.
Yes and they could try to implicate Sid by association which is grossly unfair..
(I think it was a commercial premises)…
Loving the longer videos lately I wouldn't mind if you stretched them to 30 or 40 minutes even or a full hour.
Looks so nice.
I think I’d be a bit wary of messing with other peoples drains. It’s very expensive to repair them and you don’t want anyone claiming that you damaged them by trying to unblock them!
Geez bad drains must be so frustrating. And this was already a sizeable job without having to worry about flooding smh. It turned out great
Gonna have to call the Drain Unblockers for that one!
They need to update their drainage system!
What beautiful grime lines! My favorite were at 11:10 and 15:50. Just a really good look at just how dirty it actually was. Amazingly done Sid!
Need to find a local Gavin to take care of those drains
Fixing drains needs to be a bunch extra!
Fantastic job sid love the videos keep up the great work mate
Bravo! 👏🏻 Another freakin amazing job Sid!! Even the fences looked so much better! 🥰❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Sid, cleared my drains today ready for next week. They weren’t completely blocked but they were a bit slow. Never thought of it until I watched this video.

What a mess for you Sid. It wasted your time clearing one drain, hope they fix the problem soon. Good job as usual.
What a beautiful area to work on. Love the pathway, very cool! You did an amazing job as always. I really love seeing all the different types of properties you work on. Thanks for sharing!
I swear you do more in one job than some manage in a day Sid, another beautiful job!
Happy that is all worked out,Sid. Looks great.
Sounds like a lot of these people aren't fully aware of the state of their drains when they hire you. Bravo to you for bravely soldiering on.
Alrighty Sid, with all the other stuff you have to have in your vehicle, why don't you get a trailer for the scaffolding, it would be so much easier to load the trailer than to cram it all in the Van possibly breaking something important
Love watching your videos......... and the results.
Great work as always😊,hope you let costemer know so he/she could get the draines cleared😊
You did such an great job. You really go above and beyond and always so hard working.
Love the work Sid keep it up!
Didn’t know if boxwall temporary flood barriers might help those situations, to divert or stop water going where it shouldn’t.
Been watching your channel for awhile now from Massachusetts! Subscribed and really enjoy the before and after shots!
Amazing work and cheers for the video Sid
creo que para la proxima ofreceles colaboracion con los desatascadores!!!
The surface cleaner on the soakaway grill by the glass door sounded like a Transformer!
Brilliant work Sid , you made my sleepless night a little more bearable 😊
Great job Sid! This one looked like a difficult job. You are very good at your job. Keep on keeping on. Take care and I'll catch you in your next one! 👍👍🇺🇲
I think you should have a collaboration with the drain u blockers for the bad drains
Sid The Machine….good shift put in there mate 👍
That was a large job with all the extras! Long day , not help and clogged up drains. I am so sorry, Hopefully the next few days will be better. ;) Looks really nice from what I could see. They need to call the Drain Unblockers to repair those drains
Great work sid well done 🙂
Fantastic job Sid
you did your best under the circumstances
Outstanding result Sid !!
This is one of my fav videos. Great job cleaning everything looks awesome 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I enjoyed this one! A lot of work
That has to be one of the best things about your job - instant gratification and satisfaction of a job well done :)
Hi sid another fantastic video well done and keep up the great work and what an transformation
Wow Sid! That job looked difficult to say the least, I hope the people get those drains fixed! Sorry to hear Kevs not been too well.
Grand job. Which bioside do you use on the roof. Thanks.
GKPRO (:
Many thanks

Great job as usual Sid. I have a question, I have a patio but it has stones between the slabs so pressure washing isn't an option and the slabs have really bad black spots on them although I did blast one of the slabs with the pressure washer and it just won't budge. Great video, bro. I actually had the question of blocked drains to ask you about.

Another great job, Sid 👌
