Your best video yet!!!! You should get “hazard pay” for what you had to go through to reach the water spigot!!!! What I like the most is that you treat each of your jobs as if it were your own home/business/facility. Your attention to detail-especially in the “nooks & crannies” is amazing!!!! Cheers from Florida, USA.

Cheers from Helsinki. An old, retired, geezer here. I did various jobs during 40 years in my working life. Pressure washing was one of my favourite works, maybe even the most favourite one. Now I'm enjoy watching others doing the same.

I love when the colours start showing up with the sandstone. So satisfying to see the side by side of how dirty it was and how clean it is now. Another fab job.

That slate came up beautifully. It's weird how clients think that by cleaning only the obvious areas like the flooring and not the walls, that it will look good. What they don't realise is that the other areas (the walls in this instance) would stand out even more. So good on you for going that extra mile to improve the look of the entire area, not just the floor.

Sin contar que con agua, jabón y escoba se ahorrarían el gimnasio, jajajj Es gente muy dejada evidentemente. Los patios se limpian igual que el interior de la vivienda, no saben darle órdenes al personal de limpieza.

Its amazing that a few second clean up of the signs can make the difference between the perception of a bit neglected venue and a super smart place. It all looks great and I really like that pinkish toned stone. The difference is always in the details!

Recently subscribed to your channel and love the before and afters . What you achieve is really amazing considering the condition some of the areas that need lots of attention. I appreciate that there are many reasons why properties are not maintained, but we have a large area of beautiful stone wrap around patio, which we saved hard for many years ago and we have it professionaly cleaned each spring ...So worth it as our chap tells us because we have looked after it over the years its in mint condition 😊

I love that you show us just what it takes to set up before the actual job starts. I think this shows just what attention to detail you have to do to make your results as fabulous as they are. Love the sections of the video showing real time as well as the speedy sections. This was quite the job. The fact you did these walls as a freebie and they are a big part of the overall design is wonderful. Beautiful results. Not sure I understand what the white stuff is that you will come back and fix. Thanks for a great video!

Amazing results Sid and Kev, those sandstone colors really came back to life, and the overall result was satisfying to say the least, I haven't been outside much this winter, just a tad bit cold here in Susquehanna Pennsylvania USA, I can't wait for my warmer weather to get here so I can get back to pressure washing my area, as I'm on the verge of going bonkers from being inside most every day, and I have 5 customers waiting for me, I did help my brother today loading a large dump trailer with pine boughs at a tree job he is doing at a lake house, I was looking at all those houses with algae and moss, oh my, hopefully soon

Loving your videos. Only just discovered you! With the wheelie bin, you could easily install a ballcock valve inside through the bin itself and a hoselock attachment on the outside. That way it’s a quick connect on the job, you won’t have to worry about the hose coming out, and it will turn off when full automatically

We had efflorescence on a living room wall in a house we rented, along with some water staining. The landlord tried to tell us it was because we weren't opening windows when we boiled water in the kitchen! So glad we took pictures of the actual crystals that would form on the wall after heavy rain. It was pretty cool, honestly. They would just disintegrate if you touched it.
We had told him about the broken gutter on two previous inspections, but nothing happened. Water was pouring down the brick from the broken gutter whenever it rained hard. He was super precious about the property but never wanted to pay to fix anything, then would try to make everything our fault so we have to pay for it.
We got out of there as soon as we could afford to.
All of that to say, hey, I know what efflorescence is.
Also, this was super satisfying. 🙂

Didn't spot anyone mentioning it, but the white at the beginning is salt leaching out of the stone. That's why they had no luck removing it - getting it wet dissolves the salt crystals and can wash some of it away but as it dries, more just leaches out. And recrystalises white again. Reminds me of my childminder's house when I was little. The walls leached salt and we used to "paint" the house with buckets of water as a game (it kept us occupied I guess, this was a pre-computer/mobile phone time so...) and they'd get painted brick colour but then when they dried they were white again.
