I consider myself extremely grateful for being able tu watch this content for free
It's not free. You need a phone, laptop, tablet or computer and you need Wi-Fi or data. It's good info, but it certainly isn't free.
I agree. The fact that this knowlege is being given out for free is awesome and extremely generous.
Love your attitude
@@Jay-we2ek you must be fun at parties

You guys have great practical content, love it! Keep up the great work!
great to see you're doing new videos... always learn something new.... thanks!!
Invaluable info, fellows! Thanks ~
Great stuff! Sets/reps recommendations for the clamshells, wall pivots, chair squats?
So good, and informative thank
you!
Great job. Thanks for sharing
Great Video! Enjoyed very much-very informative and educational..You've got yourself a new subscriber!
Good to hear you again on you tube. Nice video all the best for you ☺️
Thanks a lot. Short and clear.
Really helpful, I feel like my knee can go a bit further with the band around my ankle, got some major difference with one leg doing the chair sitting standing on one leg thing, I feel like just working and mastering these is going to save me a trip to the physio, thank you!
lol the ad before the video was from you. Perfect fit
hahaha
Can't wait to see and learn more. I only stopped following these topics because you stopped posting back in the day and I cured all my physical issues. Having watched and read stuff like Posture: The Ultimate Life Hack and Foundation Training I am starting to feel like I am a real physiotherapist for myself and my close ones, lmao. Now that you are back and Dr. Garrett is on the team, I think my graduation as unofficial physiotherapist is getting near.
Great video, thanks.
Ditto on Brendan. Epic to have you back. Very informative video! I especially needed this. I've been disappointed & saddened that my weightlifting exercises are limited by the inability (even with left knee braced) to take much load because of a sharp pain behind the patellar. Now I do most of the excercises you've suggested as part of my routine 'limbering' up excercises & at home. I feel that I've greatly increased my hip strength & I've become well versed how important hip stability is....& overall core strenghening to human biomechanics. I have less physical, mechanical issues (fixed alot of chronic discomfort from tendon/ligament injuries such as left rotator cuff, both feet tendons & a grave back injury; sheared the multifidus spinal muscles & locked up the big bands of ligament along the spine. Still have discomfort & immense tension issues 16 months later). But the left knee patellar. Doctor said the sharp pain is it's pulling, so it's a tracking issue. Is it correct that this is all a result of the hip not being in alignment?? I do proronate (or something) on my right foot. I can't do that one legged squat down to the chair standing on my right I'll sometimes lose balance. I have tried [think they're called gun squats] & find it too hard, I can't lower much. Same with this one legged chair squat, I do them...but I can barely lower, it's like the muscle around my knee won't sustain me. I have tried increasing leg work to do with glutes & hams (angled leg press). That has improved the conditioning. Please advise, THANKS!
Thank you for this. Very badly needed this.
THANK YOU!!
Thank you sooo much for sharing this powerful and useful knowledge. Sooooo helpful.
Love it!! The second movement is one dancers apply. Most important info thank you both!

He's back ......... Hey Blake,
Long live GuerrillaZen Fitness on UA-cam
Cheers Bro.
Appreciate that bud
Great to have you back. Just had medial meniscus surgery. I'll def be using the hip strengthening exercises going forward.
glad to be back
@@GuerrillazenFitness I have had medial meniscus surgery as well. I still have pain in after 7 weeks but I think it is due to my weakened legs, because it was my second surgery and I've been inactive for a long while. Now I can walk like 1 km pain-free, with a limp though. Do you think these excercises are safe for me as well? Thanks in advance!
thank u
Real good stuff
thanks brother
I'm a specialist like you, corrective exercise and movement and I'm always looking for some new tricks, even if it's one. Thanks for sharing
:)
I tore my acl and meniscus and pcl,100% gonna do this when I recover🤛🏻
I hope you have a full recovery, wish you well 🙏🏾
Excellent video! I'm so glad to see you are back to making videos on UA-cam ❤️. Dr Garrett is a perfect fit with you
I agree
Great video and this really helps me with my knew. I would like to know if you sell the T-shirts (black one like the one you are wearing) thanks in advance.
Thoughts on Starting Strength's low bar squat as a fix all for lower extremity discrepancies?
Hi Blake!! How often should I do these exercises??
Mother has had knee replacement for both, calling due to arthritis. Anyway would these exercises be good for her. I'm applying the exercises so no knee replacements, BULLET PROVING MY BODY!
Yayyy!
Any videos on how to recover from an MCL injury?
Great video !! 👍👍👍👍
I learned more in the few minutes watching this video than in the other 50 I've viewed .
Can you perform the single leg squat with patellafemoral pain syndrome (pain below the kneecap)? (Doctors have cleared me, there is nothing wrong inside my knee, just pain below the kneecap when sitting/driving and sometimes when using the stairs).
I have a pain on my left side mostly when I lay down it is right on that area on my back at my waist, where those 2 dimples are. I don't know what's that area is called. I ice it almost every night. I don't know what to do.
I'm right handed and my left leg did better in the ankle dorson flexion test. Is this something you can expect?
7:42 that right guy looks like Steph Curry 😂😂
What exercises can one do for Achilles tendonitis?
Blake!!!!!!!
Please do one on supilation.
For those of us with the hip issue how often should we be working the recommended exercises? Should it be something we try to incorporate throughout the day rather for optimal results?
yes...
How many sets and reps or for how long ?
What should i do if my knee starts to cave in when doing the pistol squat
hey. I have made both tests and both are good but my knee pain keeps going, special on the right knee. I am 15 and i went to the phisioterepist and he said i had nothing. U think it can be growth pain? and what should i do?
Probably growing pains
Did I miss the number of repetitions and sets for each exercise?
I had a acl Surgery. 3yers a go. But some time I m very uncomfortable. When I played some games and went to run.
Please help me if possible
How many reps and sets everyday?
I am sorry I need to ask. Are your exercises here for the right knee pain?
We are adressing the right side in this video yes
lol what? if it’s not why don’t u just do the opposite
What can you do if you have flat feet and that is part of the problem
I’m curious.
You guys get hella excited about ankle flexion
Oh ps good info. I only recently used yoga to realign my legs toe to hip. Feels beautiful to run now.
@@rainofcali We about that ankle flexion up in here...happy to hear that!
Any modifications for someone over 60?
Modifications for what exercise? Most of these are pretty regressed as it is so there is not much room for modifications
@@GuerrillazenFitness K. :-)
Im too old to try this test
1:40 , is Blake unable to squat comfortably with his feet flat on the ground? :-O
1:40 is a horrible position to sit in a squat.
Does the new bloke ever BLINK??????
Looks like my progress towards pistol squats has had other benefits.
Yes!
1:00 knee goes past ankle = 👎
Ever walked up stairs?
He has nice feet
bad tutorial, the bullet went right through.
Follow Bob & Brad channel, they always tell you that stop the exercise when feeling pain, because that exercise is not for you.
hahahaha
