Really helpful, I feel like my knee can go a bit further with the band around my ankle, got some major difference with one leg doing the chair sitting standing on one leg thing, I feel like just working and mastering these is going to save me a trip to the physio, thank you!

Can't wait to see and learn more. I only stopped following these topics because you stopped posting back in the day and I cured all my physical issues. Having watched and read stuff like Posture: The Ultimate Life Hack and Foundation Training I am starting to feel like I am a real physiotherapist for myself and my close ones, lmao. Now that you are back and Dr. Garrett is on the team, I think my graduation as unofficial physiotherapist is getting near.

Ditto on Brendan. Epic to have you back. Very informative video! I especially needed this. I've been disappointed & saddened that my weightlifting exercises are limited by the inability (even with left knee braced) to take much load because of a sharp pain behind the patellar. Now I do most of the excercises you've suggested as part of my routine 'limbering' up excercises & at home. I feel that I've greatly increased my hip strength & I've become well versed how important hip stability is....& overall core strenghening to human biomechanics. I have less physical, mechanical issues (fixed alot of chronic discomfort from tendon/ligament injuries such as left rotator cuff, both feet tendons & a grave back injury; sheared the multifidus spinal muscles & locked up the big bands of ligament along the spine. Still have discomfort & immense tension issues 16 months later). But the left knee patellar. Doctor said the sharp pain is it's pulling, so it's a tracking issue. Is it correct that this is all a result of the hip not being in alignment?? I do proronate (or something) on my right foot. I can't do that one legged squat down to the chair standing on my right I'll sometimes lose balance. I have tried [think they're called gun squats] & find it too hard, I can't lower much. Same with this one legged chair squat, I do them...but I can barely lower, it's like the muscle around my knee won't sustain me. I have tried increasing leg work to do with glutes & hams (angled leg press). That has improved the conditioning. Please advise, THANKS!
