I can't beleive it. You guys are amazing. Last month I tried adding reverse lunges (no weight) to my cardio workout. Bad idea. 64 y/o male hx of patellofemoral syndrome in right knee. Knee started hurting, especially going up stairs. I searched your youtube videos & saw you mention strengthening excercise(s) and also simply manipulating the knee cap. I tried manipulating knee cap, right/left down/up. Lots of crepitus on the up/down (but no pain). After some more manipulating I tried some stair. OMG/holy smokes! Pain went from about 7-8 before to maybe a 2. Amazing. God Bless you and thanks!

I love both of you guys! Two months ago, I fell and fractured my upper tibia bone. Fortunately, I didn't have to have surgery because the depth of the fracture was small. The exercises that you have shown me has helped tremendously in gaining my mobility and strength!! I still have to use crutches for now and wear my immobilizing brace. Recently, my brace was reset from 30 degrees to 110 degrees!! 😊. I'm exercising everyday to get better and stronger!! 😊. God bless you both!! Thank you for your guidance and advice 👍😊!!! Man. Thank you guys. Maybe it’s premature, but the first stretch you suggested immediately relieved 90% of my knee pain. I’m 36 and my knee has been bothering me for the last 6 years. I took up biking 6 summers ago and didn’t have good technique and gave myself a pretty wicked strain injury that has haunted me ever since. And stopped me from biking. I’ve seen physiotherapists, chiropractors, gotten orthotics, massage therapists…. Some small help, but doesn’t help much when you can get to the chiropractor once a month and the other 29 days suck.

Would be helpful if you have shorts or gym trousers so one can see the leg shape and knees better. The loose office trousers makes it difficult to see what exactly the legs are supposed to do

I have nasty knee pain and a job where I am on my feet 10hr day.. Add in NSAID allergy. I was running out of options. These felt so good after. Loved the pushing knee cap one best
THANK YOU! I was so sure I was heading for surgery. My knees were hurting so bad, I couldn't walk without braces and a whole lot of pain killers. But after employing these techniques, I am walking again. No braces, only an occasional aspirin if I have been standing too long. I started doing them 3-4 times a day initially. Now I do them each morning when I get up, and again before I go to bed. I also started taking some supplements to aid in long term repair, but I attribute the quick results to these exercises.

Amazing. The wobbling the patella one worked amazingly. During the procedure the patella felt really really rough and grindy. The knees weren't perfect lately but suddenly they got really bad overnight, and coincidentally I had a fever and shakes ( not the dreaded plague) which lasted only about 18 hours. Weird ? For the plyoball hamstring curl it is important to squeeze the glutes as well (think straight line from shoulders through the hips to the knees) through the whole motion. This protects the hamstrings from injury. It will also increase core endurance and glute activation. It is great to help with lower crossed and pronation distortion.

Good information. Any exercises specifically for post-op knee replacement (>6 months) when there is knee discomfort but xray shows hardware is perfect? I have done my PT exercises religiously since day 1.
I twisted my knee about two months ago I’ve been doing some stretches I’ve seen on other videos although they helped a little bit but after watching this my knee already feels like 30% better I will be doing these everyday! THANK YOU! I was so sure I was heading for surgery. My knees were hurting so bad, I couldn't walk without braces and a whole lot of pain killers.
But after employing these techniques, I am walking again. No braces, only an occasional aspirin if I have been standing too long. I started doing them 3-4 times a day initially. Now I do them each morning when I get up, and again before I go to bed.
I also started taking some supplements to aid in long term repair, but I attribute the quick results to these exercises.

Amazing. The wobbling the patella one worked amazingly. During the procedure the patella felt really really rough and grindy.
The knees weren't perfect lately but suddenly they got really bad overnight, and coincidentally I had a fever and shakes ( not the dreaded plague) which lasted only about 18 hours. Weird ? Thanks to the guys.

For the plyoball hamstring curl it is important to squeeze the glutes as well (think straight line from shoulders through the hips to the knees) through the whole motion. This protects the hamstrings from injury. It will also increase core endurance and glute activation. It is great to help with lower crossed and pronation distortion.
My knees still do all the things. I have a couple of bone spurs in my right knee. Man, that knee makes a lot of noise in yoga. It doesn't hurt, but it's crunchy and I'm always worried that it's grossing out my neighbors.

Good information. Any exercises specifically for post-op knee replacement (>6 months) when there is knee discomfort but xray shows hardware is perfect? I have done my PT exercises religiously since day 1.

I twisted my knee about two months ago I’ve been doing some stretches I’ve seen on other videos although they helped a little bit but after watching this my knee already feels like 30% better I will be doing these everyday! When I lie on my back and bend my legs to bring the knees into the chest, my left leg flares out the left i.e. I cannot keep my knees together. Is there an exercise I can do to relieve this?
