One foot causes me problems when skiing. This is GOLD! Subscribed!
I did this and can't believe I could walk with my.feet straight. My walk seems more solid. Thank you thank you!
I don't mean to pry, but if you don't mind sharing, how long did it take you?
@@tekn.5732yeah
yeah, how is it going?
I'm glad to read that! Do you have any idea of how much time you needed for that result?
Thank you! That was absolutely what I was looking for. Real holistic. Greetings from Germany!
Und klappt das bei dir?

Thank You Blake These exercises really help me to fix my problem with tibia pain👍
My granddaughter has duck feet and I would like the free video to help her, she is 11 thank you
Great video and very helpful!! You do an excellent job at explaining things!! Love your style of educating - very helpful!!
Thanks Blake. I'm 75 and have had duck feet all my life. I'm gonna try these exercises and hopefully duck feet will be gone. I had Osgood Schlatters as a teenager so that may have contributed to my situation.
Do you get any improvement. If you do please let us know
Updates!

This is very helpful brother, thank you
Thanks for this!
Great video I will try some of these I have severe duck feet and severe pronation NEED pronation exercises also PLUS I have severe ra.ty
Could you do one about the opposite problem: the foot pointing inward when you walk? I think there would be a big audience, and I would certainly appreciate it!
Bro sorry for saying but why don't you just try to move a little bit outward I just don't know the science but still I am sorry 😅😢
Thanks a lot
Brother everything is good what you say all but I think I have external rotation problem in right hip
I have medial knee arthritis in both knees and wear offloading braces for support. A few weeks ago, I made the mistake of jogging in the park for 10-15 minutes without my braces. The next morning, I woke up with severe pain in both hips and knees, as well as a burning sensation at the top of my glutes, just below the belt line. Now, I’m experiencing hip osteoarthritis symptoms, primarily in my left hip, and I'm awaiting the results of an X-ray.
One thing I’ve noticed is that my left foot is often rotated outward, almost 45 degrees, when I stand. This has made me wonder if there's an alignment issue or if my femur is rotated, which could be contributing to my medial knee arthritis.
My question is: how can I identify the root cause of my medial knee arthritis so I can address it properly? I've already started strengthening my glute muscles, but if anyone knows of other exercises or videos that target muscles related to inner knee arthritis, I’d appreciate any recommendations.
It would be incredibly helpful if you could create a video specifically about medial knee osteoarthritis, its root causes, and ways to fix it.
Wishing everyone the best of health!
Good morning
Due to the rotation of my right hip, I have outward protrusion and duck feet in my right foot. Are these exercises good for that too? What exercises can I do regarding this issue? Thank you for the video.
Missing internal rotation? I talk about that in the video and linked to more things that can fix that in the description :)
I have the exact same problem
Thanks.
What kinds of problems does having duck feet cause?
It can be associated with knee issues, lateral pelvic tilt, and other stuff...
Ducks will confuse you as one of their own
Also hurts athletic performance (less running speed)
I have zero external rotation when I’m sitting like you are lol
i go to arthophatic surgen about duck feet doc told me that ur duck feet will fixed with surgery . keep a rod in ur legs for 3 or 4 months .
Do you do these everyday?
trying to turn my tibia in and i cant. Its very difficult. not much is turning in and its stiff.
Your the best
When I medially rotate my tibia by foot rotates laterally almost downwards. What do u do
Hello , I have Trendelenburg Gait , where I walk side to side , my feet doesn't have an angle or stick out , both of my legs are straight.
It's my body move side to side . can it be healed ( walk straight ) ??? I know I have weak hips and I have knee issues (problems ) .
If there's anything out there that can help me , I sure would appreciate it , thank you .
I broke my little toe last month, and now my left foot ankle turns inward when I walk, is that pronation? Is it duck feet?
I would like to correct it with these exercises, my knees and hips have started to hurt 😢
I have poor ankle mobility but I pass that test. I think it’s an anterior pelvis. Or is that a chicken or egg argument?
I can't put my back flat on the wall and my heels, my curved spine and my big butt doesn't help.
Great video! Is there any danger that 'fixing' the issue down at the ankle or slightly higher up the chain could cause and upwards effect of issues, e.g. the back, the glutes, shoulders etc have all been compensating for it so could spiral into other issues?
Changing things like this can shift your body and produce changes up the kinetic chain...most of those should be good tho...always case by case basis...that's not something I'd worry about for most people unless the duckfoot is structural which it's probably not if you are missing ankle dorsiflexion, tibial IR, or hip IR :)
@@GuerrillazenFitness Thanks for the response there. Get what you're saying :)
sağ kalçamın rotasyon olmasından dolayı sağ ayağımda dışa basma ve ördek feet mevcut, bu egzersizler ona da iyi gelir mi, bu konuda hangi egzersizleri yapabilirim, video için teşekkür ederim.
I have no idea what this means lol

11:45 HOW do you have that much internal rotation 🤯
I’m literall only able to rotate it just enough to align my ankle with my knee. So I’m basically only able to get it from like -20 (pointing outward) to zero. So in other words, I have zero internal rotation. And now I have arthroses damn near all over my body.
Practice. The more you do it the more your feet can tolerate it
