There’s two ways you can do it. One is if you hold up on the control stick, and then press A, or you can go into the control settings and set the right stick to tilt attack. Then you can just press up on the right stick do an up tilt
True. Jab locks are actually hard for Wario since you can only rely on Jab 1. And yeah, I’m mostly focusing on a handful of combos, and not everything you can do with them. I’m just doing the most simple combos for people who want to start playing him.
I think you should probably learn the names of the moves before you watch videos like these, but I’ll tell you some of the basics. A tilt attack is where you just press A in a single direction. Up tilt is holding up, and pressing A. Side tilt is holding forward or backward and pressing A. Air attacks are well, air attacks. Up air is an upward air attack by holding up, and pressing A. Down air is holding down and pressing A. Forward air is holding forward and pressing A. Those are some examples.
Then thats your own damn fault. Those are the most basic smash terms that everyone should know. Thats like the first thing you learn in kindergarten smash school

If you you wanna level it up then do more research. Find your main (character) and understand fundamentals. Watch pro players. For Wario, I recommend you go watch Glutonny.

There's also a thing in control settings that turns down the sensitivity of smash attacks, making it easier to execute tilts.
Good vid but it would have been nice to see some jab lock setups or platform combos but it’s still helpful.
