    I notice some people commenting about the back showing so I wanted to give my advice for hiding it:
    I wear kimono and a thing that you do is tuck the ties under a traditional "belt" called an obi.
    For my corset, here is what I do. When you are ready to tie your corset, hold one bunny ear in each hand. Behind the your back, exchange (cross) the bunny ears. You should now be holding the right bunny ear in your left hand and left bunny ear in your right hand. Bring the bunny ears forward. Now tie the bunny ears UNDER the front part of the corset. This creates an upside down "V" shape in the front, the "tip" of the V should be under the top of your corset. Finish off your tie as usual (to create the ribbon).
    With satin ribbon laces, you don't have to worry much about comfort, you won't feel the laces for the most part. If you are using bulkier laces, when you have finished off the tie, do NOT tuck your laces in a bunch. Instead, tuck the loops around the corset, then tuck the tails around as well so they are as flat as possible under the corset. If you tuck them all in one place, the knot will be uncomfortable and please note the knot may still cause discomfort so an alternative is having the knot and loops over your corset and tucking your tails in. Do the same thing described above, but instead of tucking the loops, tuck the tails first then place the knot and loops over the front of the corset. This may make the upside down "V" shape loose and more of an upside down "U" shape, but it should still hide the knot unless your clothes are super fitted.

    I feel like there's no hiding the back. It shows especially on the last model. You can definitely see the line in the top back.

    Not to be negative, but I have to agree. While everyone looked great you
    can still see the corset in the back especially the top back. I wish the
    steel boning corsets can be made like the latex waist cinches but I
    guess the lacing is what makes it work.

    If you're worried about hiding the back there is a really simple solution- the layered look. Sweaters over top or if it's summer you can do a loose shirt that isn't super tight to the body.

    It extremely difficult to hide you're wearing a corset with my build. I have to really work extra hard with the back. I have broad shoulder 's and I bodybuild on top of that. My lat muscles cause all sort of issues for me. I have to actually wear my corset more loosely tied at the top until the bulge at the top diminishes. She's right that top with the crump or rouge is the best ever for hiding around the waist. But that is so not my problem. It's that top body fat. What you can do is buy a camisole that is like a spanx or latex in the fabric. It helps a great deal. I do a great job hiding it. Most don't know. I tell you, every female at work LOVES MY WAIST LINE. I have always gone stealth. Always except for the one corset I had that was camouflage and that was only when I wore a certain outfit. Many say, I should just do a class on waist training at the VA since every woman darn near will say, " I hate to ask but, how the heck do you get your waist so small? They think I am doing am working out to get it. No amount of working out will make you curvy. My genetics are not that way. I share my info with some but not all. I don't want everyone looking like me..lol I realize I have been doing a lot of this incorrectly but it achieves what I want.

      That's my problem too. I weight train but I'm older (62) and about 30 lbs over weight so my lats, combined with the fat padding on top of them really sticks out at the top.

    Why I don't worry about back bulge: If you take Renee, who has the most to show over the back, you cannot deny, even with her back showing, the corset is an 100% upgrade from just a loose waist. She looks amazing in that corset.

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  4 роки тому

      We absolutely agree, she looks amazing in her corset :) Many people need a little extra boost of confidence to feel brave enough to wear their corset out in the world. Smoothing out the back bulge can be that boost for some.

    I have the problem that when I wear a corset under clothes I look great from front or back but profile view I look wider- finding the corset adds buck to my lower back are and my lower belly pushes out the lower edge of the corset creating a visible edge- any recommendations?

    How come after i wear my corset for a long hours of waist training. My skin becomes itchy from those marks of corset even though Im wearing a shirt underneath.

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  9 років тому +4

      Norika Star unfortunately I don't have an answer for why that happens. I can tell you that the same thing happens to me. If I was guessing, I'd say increased blood flow to those areas, and I only have that as a guess because I once tried to figure out why my legs and stomach itch when I run and that was one of the explanations that I found!

    • @tabithagonzalez1179
      @tabithagonzalez1179 7 років тому +1

      Norika Star My guess is your skin not being able to breath as much, thus causing slightly more moisture esspically if you do mild exercise (ex-fast or long periods of walking) in your corset or live in a warm/humid climate. Its more of an issues with sensitive skin or skin that has been shaved in that area. Its kinda of like having a cast in a way except no where near as extreme haha. Maybe taking it off for 30 min once in a while during the day when you get a chance or getting a mesh corset would help but thats my best guess, just an irritation issue.

    • @jenabrown8694
      @jenabrown8694 6 років тому +3

      Simple. No air is getting to that area. It's dry. Dry skin and possibly even trapped moisture, will cause itching. Mine itches like crazy. What you can do is apply moisture then either cut a slip or some other very thin fabric and wear it underneath your corset. Works wonders.

      I have the solution to the itching.
      Silver Sulfadiazine (Silvadine) Cream. It is prescription only and used be used only for burns, but once discovered the major benefits skin, in general, had to it. It can be prescribed for other things.
      I have it for dry, itchy skin and it does wonders.
      Hope this helps all of you ladies.

    my biggest problem with stealthing is that my corsets push my boobs up insanly high and my mommy boobs look super terrible with that much push up. I'm debating trying an overbust. do you think that would help?

    I just received my CS-411 in black satin. I am seasoning it as I type. I watched this video thinking I am definitely going to want to stealth and wear this under clothing once it's seasoned. My question is what's a good way to hide the pulls? They are so long and I know they will be longer by the time I'm done seasoning. Is there a good method to hiding these? Thanks!

      I know Orchard is going to tell you never to wrap the laces around your waist. Realistically you shouldn't but I have been wearing corsets since 2002. I use whatever works for me. I wrap mine around my waist tying the front. I then allow the extra lacing to dangle by not trying in a bow or a very large bow. I then allow that to fall into the top of my underwear. If you shirt is heavy enough you can tie in a small bow , run the under the laced area criss cross so the extra is not on top of your corset but under the laced area. it flattens it out and then once again tuck into your undies. Now if you don't wear undies, just run the lace under the base of the corset to each side of the corst.

      I've tucked the extra ties up inside behind where the laces cross and it helps make the ties less visible.

    • @RikCali
      @RikCali 6 років тому +3

      Espeacily if you are tiying yourself, just get them to the front. Crossing at the back and having the not at the front keeps away any buckle and it also is easier to readjust during the day.

    Im desperate to stealth my overbust corset under clothing. Need help and ideas please.

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  7 місяців тому

      The best corset to stealth in is the one that fits your body the best, so making sure you have the most ideal fit is the best place to start. The satin fabric will lay the most smooth under clothing, it acts like a slip under a dress and doesn't attract lint or hair, so in an overbust, it's a great choice for wearing under clothing. Swapping out the nylon laces for flat satin laces keeps the bow of laces from being too bulky in the back. Here's a video from our channel that details different ways to stealth: ua-cam.com/video/jZo1m7QFBmw/v-deo.html

    The one with the hip ties... Did she tuck the bottom of her corset into her jeans or?

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  6 років тому +1

      Yes :) Renee has her corset layered under her jeans, the waistband of your jeans will help to feel the corset edges smooth. You can do the same thing with tights or leggings too!

    I've got one: How do you stealth corset when you "muffin top" out of your corset?
    (My CS-411 is the big offender here.)

    • @jenabrown8694
      @jenabrown8694 6 років тому +1

      I have never worn my corset probably as they say to wear it I guess. I have never had a muffin top. Maybe I wear mine down lower or something. My corset has never given me a muffin top. I remember one top I purchased one style that was too short like a waist cincher. I hated it and never made that mistake again.

    I'm a male who likes to corset, do you have any stealth hints for me?

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  9 років тому

      +ebear1ca Not specifically for men's clothing, but the ideas would be similar. Thin, clingy fabrics won't do a good job of hiding the corset. Suits and vests will hide the corset best but thicker fabric shirts would also do a good job as well!

  • @karennewton6180
    @karennewton6180 9 років тому

    To me, this is not stealth as their shapes are quite different and it's obvious that some kind of undergarment is responsible. Stealth is wearing a babydoll style dress, for example, since the underbust will be the same with or without a corset. Maybe you can redefine "stealth" to mean that you can't see the results of the corset compression.

    • @orchardcorset
      @orchardcorset  9 років тому +10

      Ginger Skyye most people that reference 'stealthing' with regard to corseting are referring to wearing a corset under your clothing so that others don't realize that you are wearing one.

    • @jenabrown8694
      @jenabrown8694 6 років тому

      This is not true. I have worn my corset everyday since 2002. No one has ever seen me any other way. If you're not waist training, of course they will know. If corset wearing is your lifestyle they don't know you any other way. Stealth works for most of us. It's close enough unless you're military.
