It's a trainer's perspective, he's telling Choa what areas she can improve in to be healthier, not to look good or "look healthy". Don't take it the wrong way.
Choa has a fantastic work ethic, and is charming, beautiful, and talented. But by her own multiple admissions over the years, she's never really liked exercise. Check out the 6 min 28 sec point on this video from 2014 as one example. I don't speak Korean, but I trust the translation is relatively accurate: ua-cam.com/video/6C_e47QGA34/v-deo.html. I think all the dancing she did in AOA kept her in relatively good shape, but since she's getting older, and is no longer dancing that much, it's good to see her trying harder to stay healthy, and learning how to do it. You're right, she looks amazing, but this will make her look even better, and make her much healthier in the process. Kudos to her for her efforts!
Health from the perspective of a fitness trainer is different from entertainment fans. Fans look; trainers feel. Whatever looks good doesn't necessarily mean feels good. I rather listen to physical and fitness trainers all day for fitness than entertainment fans thay rely soley on looks for indicators.

Girls in her body size can just normally exercise with weights and other workouts to increase muscle mass or toning areas she wants, like you don't have to hire a professional muscle man to tell you you need areas to work on, she's already so beautiful, it's so odd to me

I do like that this guy gets dieting doesn't work and you're going to have to burn off the calories you eat with exercise, thankfully most of the body builder types get that. My assumption is you want to maintain your slim physique so you need to learn toning exercise, exercises where you do not release tension on your muscles so they stay small while getting stronger.
