It seems like all the personal trainers in Korea are bodybuilders ! That's not the best approach for everyone. Also why are behind-the-neck lat pulldowns so popular in Korea ? All the personal trainers seem to use them, but in other countries trainers avoid them as they are considered risky and there are better alternatives.
It's for the sake of showing off fancy moves on camera. She should NOT be doing that particular exercise at all. Obviously that trainer cares more about looking cool on camera than Choa's safety.
