Happy holidays everyone! I hope your days are filled with joy whether you are celebrating alone or with loved ones, may we continue to live wonderful joyous lives with abundance, success, and happiness 🌱🌼💖
Hey Ital! I went to your website and clicked on your TikTok link and it didn’t take me to you, just to TikTok in general. I found you & liked, but thought you might like to know! Great video btw. Happy New Year 🎉
Wherever u live I am so jealous of your papaya!!! I had one good one in Boston over the summer that was it! Thanks for inspiring me to eat cleaner this season
I live in Georgia! The key is go to an Asian or Hispanic farmers market, they have the best papaya I’ve had in the USA when I was in San Francisco I used to eat them daily with a spoon from Hispanic markets they were sooooo good
@ yum! Yes the first ne good papaya I had was from a Latino bodega near my mom’s! It funny because today I drove by there when visiting her and I thought, that’s where that one papaya was lol
The video is labeled as high raw not raw vegan! But yeah anything put over 14 F heat is not raw. I am high raw because I incorporate a high amount of uncooked fruit and veggies in my plate per meal

Do you always strain your juice? Why? I juice also, but I don't strain. Is it just a preference? Happy Holiday's!!❤
I prefer to strain because I like my juices super silky but some times I will keep the pulp in. Happy holidays!
As always, recipes are linked in description box and on my website 🤎

Would the cooked quinoa and chickpeas be considered raw vegan? I was under the understanding that raw vegan meant no cooked foods

The food looks good. This is a great video, but I would say swap the aluminum foil for parchment paper. Aluminum isn't good for your health.
Okay please buy me an alternative 🙏🏿
@italeatsandtreats silicone is good too and it's reusable!! Do you have a P.O. Box?
@@tonyajohnson3450aweeee you are TOO sweet I was honestly just joking 😂😂😂 thank you so much though, I’ll be on the lookout!
