I spent some time on this one. Please Hit LIKE!! 🙏and Hope you guys like it. People have been speculating Cancer or other health issues as the cause for this drastic weight loss. I did not want to speculate but said what I felt on this which is why it's titled this way.

If you follow mma, basically all heavier fighters used, or use. Don't just follow people word for word. Steroid use gives you more confidence, if one was depressed, it brings one out of it.. when stopped, you generally feel lower unless you've had positive life changes. Thus the main reason for his losses afterwards.
I think he also hid his steroid use from so many.. that he may not had been professional with it.. all to common. Testosterone is a he'll of a drug, and we produce it naturally. Food for thought.

I am 5 foor 8 170 he was an absolute monster. Then after he got popped and his chin totally went on him, he still managed to beat a ton of heavyweight killers which to me showed just how skilled he really was. He basically had to fight perfect fights as if he got caught he was going to sleep. Was so close to beating Steepe for the belt if only he he did not go for that guillotine

Alistair was caught using steroids most of his career. I know people want to shame those that get caught but the fact is a majority, if not all, of fighters were using it. It got to the point that those that were natural had to start using if they hoped to compete against those using. I agree with Jon Bravo because Allistair basically looks the same now after losing all the bulk as he did when he started his career. Great video once again.

I believe this to be accurate. I didn’t start testosterone until I was 38 but my levels were around 375 (pretty low) and my sex life was not what it should’ve been. 2yrs later I look the best I ever have and put on about 10lbs of muscle. My sex life js the best it ever has been and my wife is extremely happy lol. However, I too am aware of the fact this was a lifetime decision for me and I’m ok with that.

So true... I was afraid of taking steroids for fear of becoming addicted to them. People could not understand how I kept my size all year round. I never used steroids. I was addicted to creatine when it became a thing, taking triple the amount suggested. This created problems so I transitioned to the original suggested amount. I would see so many guys in the gym shrivel in size. You knew they were off of the juice!

But everyone ive known to do roids lost all there gains once off, fast to

7:20 I kind of haven't really followed mma or kickboxing for some years now
but I didn't even know Alistair fought Badr Hari a 3rd time
    Badr Hari looked big
    Alistair looked big
Alistair was out there fighting a guy who is taller (at least a couple inches taller)
and he gets Badr to touch the canvas, and then makes him drop onto all fours, and basically faceplants while doing it, and drops him to all fours again
That was a pretty impressive outing for Alistair considering he's 42, didn't fight kickboxing for a decade and is fighting a guy that stayed in kickboxing the whole time
Alistair is the older guy, fighting a taller opponent, and had a very decisive win
I know you've covered Kali Muscle
Surprizingly Alistair and Kali Muscle seem to be kind of saying the same things. Kali calls himself a fruitarian. Alistair in the other video you posted, was saying I'm a vegan, and fruits are good, fructose turns akaline.
Kali might've started with proportionally more muscle than Overeem
but Kali seems to have retained more muscle through all he's been doing and still looks quite strong compared to the average person.
either way, I hope Alistair is doing well in life.

Alistair just confirmed what everybody thought. Look whats goin on in "Athletics" around the world. Bodybuilding, MMA, wrestling, armwrestling, cycling, swimming, soccer the list keeps goin. The drugs changed everything. What i dont understand is that those guys are allowed to compete, cyclers these days have legs bigger then there head. Why pay soccer players millions to support there drug abuse...i cant watch that stuff anymore and am ashamed of whats goin on. If you want to take the "good stuff" by all means do so, but dont involve others.
