Military Helicopters Patrolling American Citizens and i'm being stalked by who???

On August 07 2015, two unrelated, but unnerving things happened outside of my house. It's taken me nearly a year to upload this. I forgot i filmed it.
Basically, a group of military helicopters flew over no less than 4 times in total, so i decided to go out and film them. Ft Hood army base is only 60 miles from me, and there is a retired base in austin, but is not in the direction of flight. Also, helicopters and airplanes very rarely fly at this altitude over my house, unless they are Police or Starflight (Helicopter ambulance).
Once or twice a year, the police helicopters fly grid patterns over the neighborhood very slowly, in big squares, patrolling and looking into citizen's back yards (presumably for pot plants?) . they fly so low that you can actually read "Police" on the bottom of the helicopters, and they rattle the houses so badly that picture frames move on the walls. The military helicopters should be unrelated to that. but, that is fairly annoying also. One time this happened, and after the 2nd time they flew over my house, i went out and held up a camera and started filming them, and they moved on to the next grid. may have been coincidental. we all know cops don't give a shit.
As far as the random guy in the silver SUV parked in front of my house, this happens at least once per day, sometimes several times per day, and sometimes a few days pass between.
There is no reason for this! I don't do anything illegal, i'm not a conspiracy theorist, i'm not a drug dealer, there really is NO reason for it. Considering the fact that i don't sit there staring through the window all day long, or sitting out in front of my house, and every time i DO look out my window, it seems like some asshole is parked in front of my house, it definitely causes concern and frustration!
It's been nearly a year since i took this video, and the people coming to sit in front of my house, has been an ongoing thing since before and after i made this video, however, the unrelated military helicopters have not returned.
It's worth noting that it's never the same car that comes and sits in front of my house.. and sometimes they don't SIT out there, they pull into my driveway and turn around... even if i'm IN THE GARAGE working on stuff with the door open and can blatantly see them..
Most of the time, the people sitting out front, have clipboards. WTFFFFF... I hate to sound all conspiracy theorist-y, but..... its true.... these assholes keep sitting out there. maybe my house seems like a convenient place to stop and it's all a coincidence... but... idk... who parks directly in front of someone's driveway with a note pad?
There have also been several people who walk up the street, stop in front of my house and take notes on clipboards and keep walking. They rarely ever come to the door. and if they do, i don't answer.
