Very informative review that pretty much answered any question I had about this sectional. Since I can’t get to see it, it has helped me make a decision on this
Had mine for about a year now I love this couch such a good dupe for the RH cloud couch. It breaks down fairly quickly the cushions lose the little fitness and structure they have within about 6 months of normal usage and the. Makes sleeping on it crappy as wood structure will dig into your side since the cushions lose their firmness. We are looking to add our own stuffing to help.
I feel like if the seat cushions had more padding (feathers and/or foam) it would be the perfect couch. Have you figured out if you can add to or swap the padding in the seats? Also, if you only had it 6 months I’m sure Costco would accept it as a return if you wanted to return it.
I saw that someone had the same issue & had to add stuffing to their West Elm Harmony (what this is a dupe of) after about a year. I’m trying to decide if I should just get this couch with plans of doing that immediately. Does every cushion have the ability to be opened & restuffed?
There are websites online where you can buy replacement foam for sofa cushions. You just have to provide measurements and they will send you the right size foam that you just remove the old foam and insert the new one. The key is to getting high density value foam that will last 10+ years. Most furniture companies use very low density value foam.
If 1 being like bean bag soft/sink and 10 being very firm, I’d say it is a 5. You don’t totally sink and feel like you’re IN it like a beanbag but it’s also not like a traditional couch. Extra pillows (bolster) really helps my back be comfortable. No one else has issues with it’s level of comfort. Does that help?
I got the white version. Mine too came with some small dark stains. I wish the cushions overlapped the wood edges better. But overall it’s beautiful and I only spent $2500 so I’m pretty happy.

I have had to return part of a sectional from Havertys (frame was sqeaking). The replacement of just that piece meant a different lot of fabric. It was gray and similar to yours. Luckily Haverty's was able to send a third replacement of the entire couch all made from the same lot.
I've heard the cloud couches are not very comfortable when sitting due to how low the back support it behind the cushions. Do you find the same with this? I love the look and versatility of this couch.
