I Bought All My Furniture At Costco For $5K - Take A Look Inside | Unlocked
This is 7 min 17 second long Costco commercial
LOL
And I'm here for it
Very good one
😂
Funny how the world works from the title huh?
Girl makes almost $150K/ year teaching piano lessons and going to Costco. Talk about living the dream!!
Costco's target demography is consumers who make $120k plus a year... she's essentially their ideal shopper
@@ShacklefordR it's more about household size costco wants all households greater than 1 person and especially families. For 1 person it's not that practical to buy in bulk.
Costco sponsor her please😂
They already did...this is it!
@@DanielJLawson88 technically not. "Ninja® and Squishmallows are paid sponsors of @CostcoClaudia" if costco paid her for this video, she'd have to disclose it.
You just mentioned Expert Laura, Indeed, wow that woman has been an incredible mentor to me, imparting a deep understanding of the economy that I wish college had provided.
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.
I know Laura, she has really set the standard for others to follow, we love him here in the UK as she has been really helpful and changed lots of lives.
You're right! The very first time I tried, I invested $2000 and after a week, I received $8,400. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
Interesting! But I'm new here. How can I get to this person's guidelines??
I'm more amazed at how she saved $400K over 12 years while living with her parents.
It's easy when you have no expenses.
It is easier to save $3k a month with no rent, mortgage, insurance, property tax.
Must mean her parents made fantastic money and that she could be bit more relaxed on the jobs she took up because it wasn't about how much she truly made. More parents should be doing this these days because we're no longer in the 70's where you can get away with just 1 parent entirely paying the home off faster and kids technically not needing to work at all for 2 whole decades.
That's always the catch with this. I haven't seen a "self-made" story on here yet.
@@itsjamilagain then you haven't watched enough of the videos. they're out there.
She lived in the family home and saved $400,000. That's it, that's the story. We've been programmed to believe we should be on our own starting at age 18 but, it pushes us further and further in debt and diminishes our chances of having real wealth. We should all aspire to save more like she did.
Amen!
Yes! And normalize living at home with your parents (assuming they’re not abusive). We shouldn’t rush out of home at 18.
I still don't understand how that would amount to 400K? Like maybe 100K after 4-5 years... but 400k???? wtf lol
@@Spungle15 This is one of the reasons why I worked with CNBC to normalize living at home, thank you for seeing this
@@kimberleysoares129 I'm extremely frugal and I invest early and often. Many other tips in my other article
"The smell of COSTCO relaxes me." This lady could be a character for SMOSH's "Every COSTCO Ever"
Haha whats that? I wanna join
The height of capitalism is having Costco be your safe place.
Perhaps you should go to Costco. Sounds like you need a safe place.
The height of socialism is the mile long line waiting for your government-sponsored daily ration of stale bread
@@suelyons531 Everyone needs a safe place and they probably already do, just not Costco.
Her husband will probably be from Costco.
Nothing wrong with that! Costco has saved her a tremendous amount of money.
I've been a Costco member for over 25 years. I go once a week. Costco is my Disney. Love Costco.
Comparing one company to another as a form of analogy for consumer passion is terrifying
Why tho? I only went twice with my menbership and then cancelled. I don't get it.
@@glorias.2930it’s a great way to save in this high inflation, overpriced environment
Drinking game - take a shot every time “Costco” is mentioned
I'm dead
gotta run to Costco to get the alcohol and shot glass
I don't want alcohol poisoning
LOL
When she dies, her funeral will be sponsored by Costco 😂
Costco is actually a really great place to buy a casket!
@@RickWeberEcon you know I should be surprised by this...but I'm really not lol.
@@RickWeberEconTRUE😊
They sell fantastic caskets! haha
CNBC, you're wrong for this one. Next time let's do my Walmart haul 😂.
Target haul, too, LOL!!!
Show half with the Chinese children making the items for pennies and the other half with you eating Cheetos on your sofas while watching Netflix
*Amazing video, you work for 4Oyrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires.*
Waking up every 14th of each month to $210,000 it's a blessing to I and my family... Big gratitude to Michael Wayne
Hello, I am very interested. As you know, there are tons of investments out there and without solid knowledge, I can't decide what is best. Can you explain further how you invest and earn?
Same, I operate a wide- range of Investments with help from My Financial Adviser. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Michael Wayne, has been an amazing experience.
Hello how do you make such monthly?? I'm a born Christian and sometimes I feel so down🤦🏽of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Mr Michael Wayne
She is a Bay Area Local LEGEND!!! Her excitement and love for Costco is totally contagious ❤ Such a great human being and a positive light to the Costco community!
Wow. This is one case where one lady's brand loyalty really paid off
At first, I thought this was just a Costco fanatic for her hobby/addiction. However, she's actually making a career out of it. This is amazing!
I’m going to heard the words “Costco, Costco, Costco…” ringing in my years for the rest of the day now lol😂
of course with light guitar tune 😜
Hehe one more time, costco 🤭
@@CostcoClaudia The legend herself. I'm subscribing you now.
Edit: Looks like you dont have YT account or Im bad at searching.
I don't know her but I love her already. She made her own space and place in the online scene and I'm super PROUD OF YOU lady! 💚👏🏾
Aww appreciate you 😘
She makes more modeling clothes at Costco and teaching piano than I do working 40 hours a week with a college degree. Huh?
She’s smart and humble. ❤
Aww thank you
There should be a counter for everytime she says Costco lol, I love Costco, but not the word 100 times in 7 minutes lol
She's absolutely adorable. I'm more of a Target gal.
I can relate! My family goes to costco every Sun after church. My children like the samples! The employees are nice. It is clean. And they have good quality all the time. As a customer, i am always satisfied.
She's dope ASF
I am Canadian and Costco makes me so happy. I was there yesterday and just walking in those door I feel a tingling I cannot explain❤
Ms. Chee is too precious. Dear Universe - #PleaseProtectHer
Awww 🥰
I find it intriguing that someone could like Costco that much. I'm rooting for @CostcoClaudia. May all your dreams come true.
Appreciate you, thanks so much
While obviously this is essentially an ad for Costco, I'm focusing in on the fact she has $400k saved up in one of the most expensive places to live on the planet, decided to live in a studio, and didn't talk about what she actually does for a living to keep herself sustained at that place. I don't image living in apartment in California, let alone getting a home in California is feasible long term for most people and often move over the state next door or just downsize everything and live overseas. There's Costco's overseas if she really wants to make it work in Spain or just perhaps drive down over the border to Mexico for the same thing.
I was thinking the same thing. She saved $400k only to live in an apartment instead of maybe using it as a down payment to own?
She literally told you what she did for a living. She is partnered up with over 60 different Costco brands that she does advertising with(which she makes 3500-7000 a month off of one IG post) & then she makes 5000 a month doing piano lessons. She 6 figures a year doing that plus having that 400k saved
The article said she makes 7k monthly as an influencer and 5kmonthly teaching students to play piano.
@@ROCKBETHENAME ah ok I missed it entirely 👍🏽
@@selectone-mc5yz gotcha 👍🏽
Completely baffled as to how Costco hasn't reached out to her yet to work together 🤯 but a cool story. I love how it is literally connected to her childhood 👍
She’s a shill
I really like the women's vibe and her no shame for loving cosco 🎉
I think we should all do “marketing” and get $7k for an instagram post 😅 idk why so many of us go to school and choose super hard majors
How hilarious that this video is not sponsored by Costco 😂 Costco should pay her to be a Costco brand ambassador
She has a great personality. Hopefully Costco sponsors her sooner rather than later when her fees will be a lot more 🤑.
🤭
Did not really need someone walking around their house just saying "Costco costco costco" as they pick up or point to things.
✅Something I realized about Costco is that the profit margins per item is around 1 to 8% while other major retail stores have a price markup of 25 to 40% so you do you save a bunch by shipping there. The gas is originally $.25 cheaper and if you fill up your gas there it covers the cost of the membership 2-4 times over per year. If you want to get the best bang for your buck and be strategic with your spending, eat quality and save money, Costco is king.
She is very likable and seems happy with her life. But, well ... she makes more than half of her monthly income with her social media and openly mentions that she would love a direct partnership with Costco. So let's just assume this episode is her creative way of reaching out to Costco ;)
happy girl indeed and.. maybe 🤭
According to CNBC news, a typical Costco shopper is a mid-age Asian female living on the west coast.
Hi, it me hehe
I love her spirit 🎉❤😊
Every furniture I bought from Costco was from Asia. White glove service is great. Product quality is low as they usually are dented, scratched, chipped but Costco is really amazing at replacing them.
I haven't been in a Costco in .... 30 years. The nearest one is 150 miles from me. She's adorable and if Costco makes her happy, then yeah. I just can't get over more than $2 K a month for a 550 Sq ft studio apartment. Ouch.
You should be a Costco ambassador
I'm going to Costco today because I'm stressed out
I love Costco! Don't go that often but it has great products!
Aww my friend watches her all the time and hopes to meet on a Costco run one day. I'd like to meet her too! Lovely woman with good vibes 💗
Aww thanks so much love, hope to meet you one day as well
That's so awesome! My hubby is a classical pianist & piano teacher and we live in San Jose. We have the same piano & fan. 😂
ooh love this! how fun
What did I just watch? 😂
LOL!! Im with you gurrll
She said Costco so many times that the word Costco sounds weird to me now
I need to go to Costco😂
California rent is outrageous😱
$2100 for a small studio!!
Yes, it's outrageous.
Its wild.. this is after a discount, its 2600 market rate.
Lol CostCo issa Vibe 😄
Take a Shot every time she says CostCo🥃
When she dreams I feel like she must be in Costco. Fair play to her; that's brand loyalty!
Lmao this is sooo relatable
She's making me want to renew my membership!
I love Costco but I could’ve got all that from Facebook Marketplace for less than $500 😂😂
Hehe my other items are from marketplace, thats also my fave!
Good job! 👍
costco is opening a new store in LA with an apartment complex on top of it.... I bet her dream is to move there lol
hehe so cool
Claudia is amazing!
🥰
hahaha! I don't know why but I enjoy this video so much!
haha aww thats nice to hear
Costco needs to sponsor her asap!! I’m influenced and I’m only 4 minutes in. 🤣
She should've gone around her apartment and say which items are NOT from Costco, since 95% of her stuff are from Costco. So we don't have to keep hearing "Costco, Costco, Costco, Costco....". We get it!
The other items are thrifted! :)
welcome to Costco, I love you
This feels like one of those TLC shows about people with weird obsessions.
This might be the most amazing thing my brain has ever absorbed
We played a game where we take a shot every time she says Costco. Doctors said I'll never walk again.
I need a wife/ Girlfriend thats as crazy for Costco as this girl is. I though I was crazy but turns out she's more than me. In a good way of course.
Would like someone that gets as excited as I get when going there just for a hot dog, or a chicken bake, or the new chocolate chip cookies they have.
I am only in my 20s and I already feel like I am one of those middle age people that gets excited to go shopping.
LOOL love her vibe #costcoqueeennn
Haha, I won't be surprised if she owns Costco stocks.
lol 😂 she’s a Costconatic…
Costco needs to give her a brand deal immediately 😅
"My Strange Addiction" vibes 😂
Did she get her Lexus through a link at Costco? she seems a super nice person and genuine ,that’s why she does so well with her social media,it would be great for her to work with Costco but you’ve always have to be careful with tie up with a big corporation
A girl after my own heart! Some people get excited to go to Target, nahhh... Costco is my happy place! 😊
Wow, you are amazing!
Aww thank you, as are you
a good chunk of my retirement fund is parked in costco shares so uh… this video gives me hope

I like her energy 😊.
🥰
I Love Costco Too
Taking a shot every time she says Costco!
Does she make it, or does costco make it?
"safe place". ok boss girl.
At this point she's a Costco spokesperson, for free
I love Costco too
Something’s wrong; love Costco but there’s no way I’m saving $400k and getting an apt where the bed is the first thing you see when you enter the apt. That’s insane to me at $2200/month !!
Costco " people" only have money, saving Money in mind, anything's else irrelevant to them.
Costco people do not care about " enjoy" life...
Line up, line up... buy food in bulk... are life of the " low income " people...
Not the people who put qualify and enjoyment of life first.
That 2200 is after a discount, this apartment goes for 2600. Also, banks won't loan to you unless you have 2 years of stable income.. I just started these around a year ago so perhaps with time
@@CostcoClaudiathanks for sharing your story and great job saving/earning substantial amounts. Bay Area real estate is very inaccessible, much harder than the old days. getting a loan means one will pay > $1.5 million interest over its life, only makes the bank rich unless you pay it off fast. I’d say don’t hesitate to ask your parents for help with a bigger down payment, get a husband to split expenses to make it much easier, and consider buying outside the Bay Area to build equity faster
Fun drinking game: take a shot every time she says Costco
Everybody's gonna die
My couch is from Costco - no regrets. So much better than those $3,000.00 couches from West Elm that take one million years to ship.
Agree. Who doesn't love Costco???
lets play a drinking game for every time she says "Costco" in this video 👀😂🤔🥴🍻
I've now heard their name too many times within 10 minutes.
Why are the DC area Costco's SOOO crowded compared to other videos I see online??
@costco should sponsor her. For real
From where is that wrist watch?
Walking Costco billboard
Why are we watching a 7 minute Costco ad? How much ad revenue did you get by partnering with Costco on this CNBC?
this isn't a costco ad. no where did they say costco sponsored the video and that would be illegal.
❤ all of it.
Costco needs to make you an ambassador.
I want to like Costco as much as everyone else but I cancelled my membership. Only went three times. It was too large and overwhelming for me! 😩
She managed to save 400k. If I saved 40k, that would be nice. How did she do it? Not the logistics set aside from every paycheck, but how come she did and others don't. I'd like to know the truth.
By not spending money. She was living with parents and that's a huge saving
she saved for 12 years -- savings probably meant invested as well - compound growth
400k is easy if you have no expenses bud
Everyone lives with their parents. You lived with them for at least 4 or 5 years with no expenses. Did you manage to save 150k during that time?
@@567xdshe worked at Google and as a yoga teacher, and probably invested her savings well in stocks
1:38 - if the lady sitting on the cart isn't the perfect example of Costco, I don't know what is.,..
I’m surprised she didn’t say she’ll name her firstborn “Costco”
Haha maybe the middle name, not a bad idea
Claudia you are beautiful. If you want to live rent free in AZ, near a Costco, HMU. Do you like dogs? Right now it's just me, my dog in a paid off 2 bedroom house. Thanks for the video. We can go to Costco anytime you want. I just got my Costco card.
