Terrific video. IMO, Gilmour's 1978 solo album is the best solo album from members of Pink Floyd. There is not a bad song on this album and it contains one of the best guitar driven songs (e.g., Raise My Rent) in the history of rock music. It's important to note that Gilmour's 1984 solo album (e.g., About Face) is also a quality record with several memorable songs (e.g., Murder, All Lovers Are Deranged, You Know I'm Right, Near The End) that display Gilmour's ability to construct melodic guitar solos.
Echoes is a rick heavy song.. i totally get it.. His shows were great that year even without echoes.. 2006 he played echoes and those were really great!!!
Great Video Chris!! I ended up buying that Promo copy with the lip warp. Hoping I can get it flattened playable. I always thought both of Gilmours solo albums didn’t get near as much credit as they deserved
