The Forsaken finally getting their Sith-esque music.
Man it was so cool to hear this again in the new Lordaeron questline
Yes, surely a pleasure.
Hey, even BfA had good things, might as well enjoy them.
And now in the heritage armor questline.
4:18 onwards was used for the newer Shadowlands cinematics
I like the fact that they treat Forsaken not as heartless monsters but rather tormented rational beings
8:21 the feeling of hopelessness and despair as you look far beyond the shoreline at the smoldering husk of yet another world tree.
My main is forsaken, yet when I saw the cinematic I could hear my character going "What did you do... WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
The track perfectly balances and depicts the dualistic stance of the Forsaken: loud parts go for outright hostility, belligerence and warmongering vs quiet parts showing the more important part - tormented soul of disturbed, traumatised people devoid of life and compassion, locked forever in this cycle of hatred and self-hatred.
Костя Рыков pfff, all “traumatised” part of them is gone. Difference between them and Scourge minions is virtually non existent now. Just minor tweaks to cognition maybe. Warmongering, plaguing, mindless drones existing to monotonously praise their “leader”. Less then animals.
@@MrVlad12340 it is not, read Before The Storm which perfectly destroys your head canon. You can't hide from the truth by dehumanizing Forsaken - they have free will, they understand what they do and not all of them are deranged warmongering maniacs - see Forsaken squad questline in Nazmir and Lilian Voss in Stormsong. Dehumanizing and generalising are never right - not all Germans or even majority of them were monsters during WW2. Majority, as always, follows orders and is afraid to rise up without prominent rebellion leaders.
Костя Рыков they serve her willingly, maybe. But first - loyalty of newly risen elfs and others is... weird to say the least and also almost every “good” Forsaken were killed at Gathering. She turned others into unthinking warmachine - hell, listen to their lines! Its all the same “Blight blight blight!” Or “Death to the living! Victory to Sylvanas!”. They expect other to see them differently then just highly developed ghouls?
@@MrVlad12340 you are using NPC standard repeat as an example - a thing going unchanged from vanilla. It always sounded exceptionally generalising, in broad strikes, like orcish standard 'Lok'tar' stuff or humans' for the Alliance - definitely not all humans say that but somehow the standard Kul Tiran humans say that shit too. Why? Are they a part of Alliance? No. It's devs laziness, not something serious from the lore perspective. While I am talking about great insights like the one in Forsaken squad in Nazmir - yes, they act ruthlessly against the sethrak (who are also not peaceful treehuggers themselves) but even they wonder about 'Does Dark Lady ever feel happy?' - even they are doubtful whether Sylvanas could be considered a 'normal' or at least relatable person? Something to think about.
Костя Рыков nooo man i mean their dialogues in Warfront, Scenarios and such and that. Lisn i am not that dense to use standart NPC responses to create my opinion of a race.
Darth Blightcaller theme by John Williams.
This is the song that will play during the in-game cutscene when Sylvannas finds Kratos and raises him as a Forsaken.
3:17 Kylo Ren descends onto Jakuu
Interesting choice in notes as Kylo Ren too finds it difficult to choose a path between Light and Dark.
Undead death knight Kylo ren.
So I wasn't alone to think about it
More like Kylo Weenie.
nothing will stand in our way
8:21 This piece reminds me of "Hellfire" from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Now gypsy, it's your turn
Choose me or
Your pyre
Be mine or you will burn
God have mercy on her
God have mercy on me
But she will be mine
Or she will burn
@@thebighd0029 Disney made so much good movies in the past and now it's just a shadow... The whole Story of Hunchback was so good especially that of Frollo
@@Overlich ikr

12:30 .. so good
8:37 - 10:34 ❤️
this track is fucking sick
this is actually done very well
Anduin- Luke skywalker. Sylvannas- darth vader. The jailer- Emperoro Palpatine
0:36 ❤
FOR THE DARK LADY
I find it ironic that the Forsaken are the ones with the sorrowful music compared to the Night Elves.
That doesn't mean it isn't fitting, though. The Forsaken are tragic villains.
Sylvanas couldn't kill the hope of the night elves. They never went as hopeless as the forsaken. ☠
This gives me: Sometimes it feels good to do bad things vibe :)
Forsaken flame
for Kratos
Kratos becomes Forsaken. This is his themesong of him being risen. xD
Victory for Sylvanas !
9:13
Like for the music, dislike for alliance bias.
how do i both
The Alliance will answer a thousand fold for its many atrocities against the people of Lordaeron. For the Forsaken! For the Horde! For the Dark Lady!
And now, what do we do? forsaken player here aswell, i'm a bit confused by the recent events..
@@LeNumidium Blizzard hates the forsaken community. Sadly.
@@099Nitro nope
@@user-yu3xb1lb7q lol yes.
Your comment literally screams "i don't know absolute shit about lore and the only reason i play horde is because of my friends"
If you think alliance has some crimes to answer for you are either uneducated in lore or simply brainless moron
2:58
why the fuck do i hear kylo rens theme? lmao
What sort of genre is this?
Star Wars music
16:32-17:18 spicy af
14:38 hogwarts wtf
Music to invade Poland by!
Or to invade your house with everyone in it.
Wow music lost any catchy vibe after cataclysm
Have you heard the boralus inn music? That stuff is catchy as hell. Besides this is supposed to sound very sinister which it does a good job with imo.
WOD had the most epic music themes despite being a trash expansion.
You must be deaf.
Bro, BFA music were ducking bangers, some of the best in the history of Warcraft. Same for WoD.
