I know this video is 3 years old, but, is this FMQ foot easier than using the BSR foot? TIA

The two feet are fundamentally different. The BERNINA stitch regulator regulates the sewing speed depending on the speed at which you move the fabric. Your stitches are therefore always exactly the same length. When quilting with the Free-motion Quilt Foot, you have to control the sewing speed yourself. This requires a little more experience. It is best to try out what works best for you at your BERNINA dealer.
