I have camomile, which I used to hate, with cinnamon and apple cider vinegar and Stevia, a sugar replacement, sometimes a little lemon juice, and it works really well to send you off to sleep. Plus you can’t taste the camomile 😂
Don't eat or drink for 3 hours prior to going to sleep. You body needs 3 to 4 hours to digest your last meal. Sleep should be used for the body to focus on rest and body repair not digestion.
I go to work 4 days a week 2:30 am till 2 pm. I normally get 5 hours of sleep. Does it help if I take a 1 or 2 hour nap later? Should I eat breakfast that early or fast to my normal 7am wakeup? Thanks
Hey famillebelge, thanks for writing in and great question! The general rule is that naps should be avoided if it interferes with your overnight sleep. That doesn't sound like it's the case with you so getting in that afternoon nap may be beneficial for you. In terms of eating, if you can last til your normal wakeup time to keep your consumption identical each day of the week, that will help build consistency long-term. Best of luck and thanks for watching! -The FFP Team
Stevia is a solid choice if looking for a natural sweetener. Otherwise, consider trying other herbal teas that are naturally flavorful, gentle on your GI system, and come with loads of other health benefits. Great video, love the part about prayer and relationship with God. Way to go🙌🏽👏🏽💪🏽I will implement some of these tonight
Thank you! I appreciate your solid feedback on this 🙏🏼💯
Most of this is my nighttime routine. 🙌🏻 Sleep wouldn't be an issue for me if it weren't for chronic pain.

I cannot stand tea or coffee without sugar. How can I change this?
You can use a sugar replacement like Stevia, which is recommended by most diabetics associations.
