If I was a Sith I would undoubtably take the Scimitar. Such a cool ship.
Makes me wonder what it would be like to find Exar Kun's ship, the Starstorm One. Exar's personal ship was present for the destruction of Ossus's Jedi Temple, is filled with stolen Jedi treasures, and the last time we ever see it is Exar leaving it to do his fateful Sith Magic ritual.
This gives me a lot of room to entertain the idea that the ship can be found and could be incredibly cursed, just like Kun's Lightsaber.
I’m listening to the Darth Plagueis audiobook right now and it just finished with a Darth Maul section. How fitting
Then you know
It was
A gift from plag
I feel like Scimitar is a more radically great name than it’s other name,Sith Infiltrator
I've always loved the scimitar . I feel that it's unquestionably the ultimate vehicle for any of the sith to use. This is not the first time I've heard of what you were speaking about the scimitar. I feel that it was admirable that the sith went to these lengths to create something that would corrupt any force sensitive person who encountered it. And it's something that the Jedi would never do.
The videos have been awesome lately, especially with the background music, keep it up!
You should make a video about the Rogue Shadow, the starfighter of Vader’s apprentice Starkiller
A lot of people liked playing this ship in the new Battlefront 2 game. I’ve watched videos of players playing with the ship in the game
One of the most expensive one's as well.
I want the Lego set
8:15 Anakin would have crashed it.
Could you figure out more on the history of Darth Revans ship, the Ebon Hawk, both before and after the events of Knights of the Old Republic?
Bad ass video. Yes please make more like this!!!
Awesome video. Maybe go more in depth about how the ship was designed and how it functioned. And yes, in general, more sith technology videos. Also would like more in depth videos about Plagus's power and command of the dark side.
Concerning stuff I'd like to see explored: an in-depth dive into Mandalorian battle techniques would be awesome. We've learned and seen a lot about the different lightsaber forms. The Mandalorians were apparently skilled enough as warriors, even without the Force, that they could fight on more or less even footing against Jedi and sometimes even Sith. A large part of this undoubtedly was due to the beskar armor, but armor alone doesn't make a warrior.
From what we can see in different pieces of media, on the one hand they weren't above employing rather underhanded tactics like hidden gadgets, poison darts, orbital saturation bombarment and stealth generators. On the other hand they pride themselves in being a culture of honorable warriors who relish the challenge of a fight mano a mano where raw skill alone decides the outcome, conjuring a bit of a contradiction here, at least for me.
A deep-dive into the battle techniques and tactis of the people who specifically targeted the Jedi as their favoured enemies for most of their existence due to them seeing the Jedi as worthy enemies would be really awesome.
Love your this content Do you do VS episode would be amazing to see Darth Vitiate Emperor vs The Star Forge & Rakata Emperor ! who would win?
I like these type of videos. It would be cool to know the references for the information presented so we can track it down for our own study.
The Scimitar is in my Top 5 favorite Star Wars Ships. Also in my Top 10 favorite ships in all tv shows & movies ever! Yes plase make more videos like this, I love Them 👍
I personally enjoyed Bossk's YT2400 freighter as well as the other Bounty Hunter ships of Dengar, 4-LOM & Zukus etc. Dash Rendars ship was pretty awesome too. Seems like freighters made amazing bounty hunter and smuggler ships. Giggity.
Interesting and such awesome ship!
May you do a video about the Harrowder-Class Stealth Dreadnought? It’s different from the typical Harrowder Calss Dreadnought. The Scimitar’s stealth system reminded me of this Harrowder. And the Furnace it has inside
One of my favorite ships in all of Star Wars!… and definitely one of my favorite Lego sets. I was SO excited when I was able to get one a few months ago! 🤘🏻
to answer your questions: yes, yes and yes. more please
Would you do a video on the Starforge
I found Star Forge. But we crashed on a planet nearby. Disruptive field. We have go in the Temple. I will have to go with Jolee and Juhani. I was with Carth and Canderous first
This is amazing! Very evil ship. Scimitar is really powerful. It's good Anakin never knew of this. I wouldn't accept it's offer. May the Force be with you too, always😊
Personally, I’d destroy that ship before it tried to get me to fall to the dark side.
I agree
I'm very interested in the StealthX Starfighters. As far as the books go, they appeared during the Dark Nest crisis but nothing much in the commissioning. The Jedi went to Zonama Sekot as a means of ending the war, and were gifted new fighters at the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War.
Once those traps were disabled, I'm flying.
Maul got gifted a ship, Dooku used his fancy expensive private ship and Vader just got a glorified TIE fighter.
Oh don’t forget the time sidious also gave him his dead wife’s star ship. Bet that stung.
But Darth Vader got the largest star destroyer tho lol
You only mentioned the 6 ionised blasters, what other weapons did it have ?
Cool ship, cool video
Darth maul scimitar is the evilest ship I've ever seen in star wars it's so cool and so terrifying l will love to have a ship like this 😊
Hell yeah brotha 🎉
Thank you for the info on this ship. I did not know much about it. All the latest series seem to tie in the rule of two Sith from Tenebrous forward. I use the Tenebrous name as my gamer tag. ***I would enjoy the details behind the creation of the Star Destroyers.
More of this kind of content about the ships . Another good one would be the sith ship used during adventures of Luke skywalker and his son . Think during the abaloth series run
Vader with Scimitar would be insane
Slave 1 is still the goat, but the corelion freighter from the n64 shadows of the empire is easily second best
OUTLANDER🔥
I would like you to explore Sith technology in the future of this channel
00:10 The ass end view of the scim’ always reminds me of Hitchhiker’s Guide.
Please do a video on the Star Forge.
I'm just building the Lego set right now. Convenient time ❤
Can you imagine Lord Vader ( with his godlike flying skills ) piloting this masterpiece of a ship ?
And I just thought it only looked cool...
Scimitar acting like the old Meditation Spheres and trying to bond with and corrupt Force-Sensitive pilots, eh? When did that add that to the lore? I don't recall that being mentioned before Disney.
On the subject of dangerous Sith technology, have you done a video on the Sith Shadow Droid Fighter? Droid Starfighters powered by a TIE pilot's Alchemically-preserved brain and emitting an aura of dread and fear
You should make a video on the Ebon Hawk, Reven and the Jedi Exile's ship.
I tend to give Darth Maul as little attention as possible, but I am quite fond of this ship. For silly reasons, I am also quite fond of Darth Tenebrous, and I'm glad they decided to have it be one of his creations. I would've been happier if his soul, after fleeing Plagueis, had been drawn into the ship, instead of marooned on Baldemnic, and back when I was still actively writing my own plot hooks for Star Wars RPG, that I might run, a group finding the now aging Scimitar could Eben meet a phantom of its long dead creator, as he had put a lot of himself into the creation of the ship, even if his own interpretation of the Force was...different.
I suppose it is good, but I sometimes feel too bad, that the Emperor never came up with other uses for the evil ship. I could almost see another one of his Hands eventually being given it, for their clandestine missions, on his behalf. I could also see it autonomously carrying someone to one of his hidden strongholds, to move a plot along, but maybe I'm glad it was never overused.
As for RPG go, .. 1990's WEG as a teenagers I/we grew up on.
Then WotC3e D&D/Star Wars came out in my early twenties at my first game shop, near a college campus town playing the game with college level word math nerd power gamers.
Star Wars starter box set " Battle of Thead "
Maul was listed as a 12th-level Jide Guardian. With Maul's scout prob droids, he should have had emergence backup in case anything went wrong with a medical tracking beacon on him. It was probably on his belt, but should have been wearing an earpiece.
Maul was later brought officially back due to KotOR character Darth Psion.
Well in one game way back at the beginning of WotC, we ran a story of bounty hunters got the drop Vader just after RotS and hung him up without his gear on meat hooks, threaten to show him what pain is before they turn off his life support.
The table went quite, everyone just looked at each other, then .. a couple/few spoke at the same time sharing thoughts of two set of concept ideals at the moment.
Will Vader go, ..
Darth Psion, the Darkside embodiment of Pain.
Hellraiser Pin Head, " Pain .. you dare think to know let alone speak to me as if you know what pain is ?"
@@krispalermo8133 I played some WEG Star Wars, and eitherbi didn't strictly like it, mechanically, or I wasn't a fan of the mechanics our DM enforced, whether because he wanted them, that's how he interpreted them, or that's really what they were. I got a lit more fun out of a couple Wizards d20 games, and then definitely Saga Edition Star Wars, back when those were things. Since picked up a few FFG books, but their pictorial resources dice pools just didn't mesh with me, based on things I already knew.
@@venkelos6996 OMG, WEG did have its problems ... well we tried to have fun with what we had. When we were young we all made bad assumptions how things are meant to work.
My gaming groups did mystery index cards with premade PC to run, or special n/PC to run.
Movie, " Event Horizon."
Plot of missing ghost ship being recovered by Rebels and imperials, someone was lucky enough to draw Vader.
Another game, a marry couple draw Han & Leia. The rest of us got random low-level Rebels, problem was when rolling for ability attribute stats, .. we came up as iddiots with low Int/Wis. How we manage to defeat the imperials was a miracle.
It was player group vs player group, before Star War mini. We just spray paint green army men white for storm troopers.
The dice results, the dice can have a mind of their own directing the outcome of the plot, the players are just along for the ride.
Can you do a Whole analysis of General Grievous Personal lightsaber style?
It is an extremely cool ship. And yes I would take it and would like to see more.
This is one of my top five favorite ships.
Idk if it’s the most deadly per se
But the Sith ship that Jacen Solo had for a second that he just called ship was pretty bad ass
It was like an OP Saiyan pod
i think everyone would fully give in to the darkside of the Scimitar
I like to see a hole fleet of the scimitar in a space battle in the clone wars or galactic civil war
I remember when Star Wars made cool space ships like this! Now? 🙈
I named my 2017 Z51 The Scimitar to honor this masterpiece.
Would love a video about the Bendu
Can you do a video on Czerka Corp? I'd like to know how evil the company was during the old republic
Sith technology isn't just evil it is stuff of nightmares
I think you just pitched a way more awesome premise for “skeleton crew”.
I don't think it's the most dangerous ship, but putting any weapon or weapon platform in Maul's hand is always a risky bet.
And I thought the Ebon Hawk of the Old Republic had a cool story of Darksiders traveling the galaxy inside it.
it was foreshadowing the tie fighter. yep it was evil ship. it may not have seen very deadly but that because in rule of 2 era the Sith had to have low profile. it use for stealth and not attack.
More sith tech!
Always wondered what happened to it
The crew restroom was constantly backed up.
... And alive.
Would I take the ship offer for fantastic voyages away from here?! Hell yes!
Hands down one of the coolest looking ships in all of the Lore. Sith or not.
Is the Techno Virus similar to the techno organic virus from Marvel?
Could we get a video about the fallen cargo ship full of hk 51 droids
I would have loved to see it in action
Bad A$$ Vid my friend!
Naga Sadow's Meditation Sphere is far superior.
I don't know how it looks like
The sphere would be destroyed by an Xwing, it's nothing compared to everything that came after it
@@Gor85 It's like a sentient floating eye with wings. It amplifies Force powers when Sadow invaded the Republic by making them think his force was larger than expected. It also played a part in the Abeloth and Caedus events before being discovered by the One Sith.
@@Nedzilla345 Cool. Thanks
Can you make a video about the sith ship that Ben Skywalker finds on coroband or some other planet owned by the ancient sith (dont remember the exact name of the planet) the ship is featured in the two last book series from legends.
Maul is my fav Sith, even cooler than Anakin.
And yes i would love to be Scimitars capitain.
That ship allows evil
isnt darth Nihilus ship the most evil?
The second to this would be Rogue Shadow, Starkiller's ship.
And here i was thinking thatbit was evil because Sidious was so muc of a jerk that he didn't put a bed in for Maul to sleep
So... What's better as an assassin's ship? This or Gallen Marick's ship: The Storm Shadow (either version)? Subjective question sure, but I'm interested to hear your thoughts.
Evil? It's a masterpiece! Technology! Art! Even just an instrument of will of its master, it's magnificent. Its like Stradivari violin for virtuoso. Just amaze a pilot qualification. A sith Lord? Exactly! So much firepower and maneuverability. And some capacity. It some remembrance of Naga Sadow ship. Also uniq masterpiece. Not like Jedi hypocrites.
Most evil Sith Ships ... Sith Meditation Spheres ...anything else is like a bad joke in comparison.
Interesting
Not my style of ship. Its nice but it feels like something for solo missions. Not something you bring on a road trip to casino planet
Should have looked like a common seen everywhere BMW black SUV.
From core world, Hutt space and the outer rim edge pass Sector Authority. Siener Fleets main space shipyards is on the outer rim.
Hide in plain sight.
Stander luxury interior design for common viewing.
Under the love seat is computer equipment along with what is behind the wet bar mirrors.
The queen size waterbed doubles as a medical bacta pool/ballon pod tank. Now you know what it is like for a fish to travel from the pet store to your home.
The ship's exterior side cargo pods used to carry cargo freight or just your can't leave at home travel vacation luxuries. Smuggler sensor covered weapon systems. Space for cargo for trade or weapon ports covers, your choice.
Besides before John Wick going for a fitting and wine tasting and remembering to have desert, there was 007 James Bond.
Not forgetting 1990's tv series Star Trek next generation spin off DS9 deep space nine character Garak the tailor, tinker, spy.
2.) As for the falcon YT model light freight transport, it doubles as a heavy starfighter torpedo boat and heavy armor troop carrier for boardings and ground landings. No reason for it not to look like a 1960's Mercedes wheel hubcap.
My past gaming shops had the Falcon with forward twin mounted chrome cover ion cannons to give the 1970's hot wheel muscle car engine intake look.
Would love to see the opposite of this… Padme’ Starship
So here’s my question, did the Jedi destroy it? If not, wouldnt Sideous have regained possession of the ship after Operation Knightfall and Order 66?
Very cool
Darth Scimitar.
Stormbringer
More information.
Still doesn’t hold a candle to Slave 1.
well it was pilot that make Slave 1 dangerous.
@@spark300c I know.
That’s why I always choose it in Star fighter combat in EA Battlefront 2.
@@spark300cKinda, the ship is extremely powerful in general
Scimitar is better
@@koreycrawford6627 seismic charges:
“Wrong!”
Wait a sec...
"the ship is evil' and "the ship is alive"? How so? At the risk of pissing off all fandoms, does it have bio-neural circuitry or something? I am fully on board with George canon, including midi-chlorians (would have loved his sequel trilogy). I felt the same about Rey getting visions from a lightsaber, but I can rationalize that by there being a force affected kyber crystal inside. I'm a low level HP fan, but I guess I don't like my force universe to overlap with a magic universe. IMO the SW universe is wonderful and mysterious, especially as it relates to the force, but it's not alakazam magic
Day 595 of asking for a part 3 of what if anakin was trained by qui gon
Maul died the same day as plagues so…
I have the Lego version and it tempts me to purchase more star wars Legos and to destroy anything Star Trek😂
I’m here!
Darth maul was a cool character.. why was he introduced and defeated in the first movie but stupid jar jar was kept alive and dragged through the rest of the movies...
Didn't Ezra take control of this ship?
NNNNNNOOOOOOO
How can a ship be evil?
😊
Why are you guys talking about my sihp I own this
It was given from Darth maul to Darth kouhon sith Lord assassin similar in looks to Darth maul
That ship is what makes my sith Federal Corvette as it is now and other Federal Corvettes
This ship was literally possessed by the Dark Side and would kill intruders by itself. Slave I and the other ships you knobs mention in comments don't come close to how evil this ship was.
Its cloak .
