Love your explaining of how to do the rounds, you are very soothing to listen to and to learn, I’m on a limited budget so I can’t join the club just yet but I love to crochet when I recover from accident. The birds remind me of those figures that hide into each other. I haven’t started any of your patterns but I love watching you tube so I will like and subscribe until I can join the club. Thanks for the opportunity. The hummingbird has a wonderful meaning for us siblings because our mother passed away three years ago, sept 7th but a hummingbird visits us when we are thinking of our mother so being able to make this adorable item means a lot to me so I plan to make one or more when I get that opportunity. Look forward to see more fun stuff! Take care. Colleen🐝🐞🦟🚁❤️😊
What a fun video love the tutorial very easy to follow!! People were asking about it when i showed them some might say they were BUZZING to see it! 🐝🐝🐝🐝
After making the head and beak, pull a loop in Off-White through the first unused BLO from the inside of the head (I think from Rnd 8 technically?), continue from Rnd 6 of the body (1:21:10) working into the BLO stitches around the inside of the head. Hope that helps!
You can try making the beak with crochet. Here’s an improvised pattern, not sure if it works but probably will work: Using black yarn, ch 7, Turn, skip the first ch, and slst in each remaining ch down (6) Ch 1, cut the yarn and pull through. Sew to the face using the two tail ends through adjacent sts on the face and double knot on the inside to secure. Let me know if this works!
Thank you so much for watching ❤! You can find more of my birbs right here: www.clubcrochet.com/birbs

🐝 enjoyed making this as my first birb and my first club crochet kit. Definitely plan on getting more kits in the future. 🐝
These kits are so much fun I’ve done so many already I look forward to mine every month. Definitely worth 25$ a month
I tried to order the kit but internet said: “page not found”. 😞
