    Omg! These are better than any gluten brownies I have had. Made these for my son's birthday instead of cake and he was so happy. Thank you

    These were EXACTLY what I wanted, they were fudgy and the taste was amazing. Revisions: I had no cornstarch, uses 2T tapioca starch and added 3/4 cup chocolate chips. A keeper. Thanks so much!

    These are awesome brownies. I add dark chocolate chips, and it works great with vegan butter as well. My boyfriend loves them!

    Hi. My flour mix already has corn starch so can I omit that as well?

    • @whattheforkfoodblog
      @whattheforkfoodblog  Рік тому

      Don't omit but you can use your gluten free flour in place of it if you prefer.

    is it ok if i dind't use the uxanthan gum ?😚
    because i want to try it now but i dont have it 😂

      If your flour blend already has it, you don't have to add extra. But if your flour blend doesn't already contain it, you'll have to add it or your brownies will turn out a crumbly mess...

    Which gluten free flour did you use??

    • @whattheforkfoodblog
      @whattheforkfoodblog  Рік тому

      I use my own blend: www.whattheforkfoodblog.com/2016/01/14/nightshade-free-gluten-free-flour-mix/
      But you can use Bob's Red Mill 1:1 or King Arthur Measure for Measure. Just omit the xanthan gum in the recipe if you use a flour blend that already has it.

      Walnuts but I’ve used raisins in the past and I like them too 😀

    I love caramel, but I don't like unwrapping all those caramels. I have bought some caramel bits but I wasn't happy with the taste.
    I love them plain with dairy free milk.

    What? The sugar is too much! I will try your recipe but I will omit the sugar because I'm diabetic.
