- Paleo brownies are rich, chocolatey and fudgy brownies that are an easy dessert recipe. You'll never know that they're gluten-free and dairy-free because they're so decadent and delicious.
Top these brownies with flake sea salt or a scoop of ice cream and strawberry sauce for the perfect Valentine's Day recipe. Then wash them down with an ice-cold glass of my homemade almond milk or cashew milk. The best brownie recipe - oh yes!

Lovely recipe but I'm afraid some of your items, such as coconut oil are not sold on the market in some parts of Europe. Would be nice if you suggested subs for them. Thanks xx
@@harrodsfan Hi! I believe she does mention butter or ghee as a substitution for the coconut oil. What I would like to have is a substitution for tapioca flour, that I cannot find in my country. I wonder if I just use coconut flour with the same ratio if it would work.
@@yazminrojas6351 Hello Yazmin, yes I'd like to find a sub for tapioca flour as I can't find it locally or other supermarkets. Maybe I can find the recipe.
Yazmin Rojas Hey, from what I know coconut flour will definitely not work instead of tapioca starch. I'm no expert but everywhere I've read/seen says coconut flour is highly absorbent so you can't easily substitute it with something else without having to adjust the rest of the recipe. I'd get tapioca flour off amazon. It's expensive in stores local to me in the UK & slightly cheaper online.

GOOD LORD GURL THESE BROWNIES ARE AMAZING!! I just made these and they're the best brownies I've ever had! I used monk fruit in place of sugar and Lily's sugar free chocolate chips and it was just as good. Thank you for taking the time to find amazing healthier alternatives to old decadent classics!

It's funny, I made your flourless chocolate cake recipe and was in love, was sure it was my new go to favorite. Then you created brownies.... evil woman :D. I love these. I used my heart cookie cutters to cut them into heart shapes and did a snow white icing sugar glaze with little tinny snowflake accents and got the two thumbs up from my niece and nephew! Just took over a few for my mom's neighbor as well, otherwise I would probably have a sugar crash :D I plan on making a batch to take in on my first day at my new p/t job in March! I struggle with my gluten free diet because I find it very difficult to eat breads and sweets and be satisfied, because I think it's so uninteresting as far as flavor and texture...but I was pleasantly surprised when I found this recipe!

I will definitely be making them tomorrow for a sweet dessert. It is after all, like you said, Valentine´s day :) And I love that you reminded us that, even though something is labeled as paleo or vegan, it isn´t necessary healthy. I think we need to be reminded of that sometimes, to not indulge too often.

I decided to watch this video once I put the brownies in the oven. My version of smell-o-vision! I just took them out of the oven and almost made the five minute wait time. Like every other recipe of yours I’ve made, this one, too, is perfect. So delicious.

Ahhh! I just made these with the only adjustment being I had no solid sugar-so I used creamed honey and added an extra 1/8 cup tapioca flour....turned out AMAZING! So yummy!!!!!!! Every recipe I try of your turns out SO WELL, your videos are so great!

i rushed right to the kitchen to make these after watching this video 😫. they are suuuuuper good! i had to modify it though since i didnt have tapioca flour or the correct coconut oil and adjusted the cooking time. instead, i used butter (dairy kind), half coconut and oat flour, then baked it for 23 mins. it was extremely easy to whip up, and will be my go to brownies from now on.
