Thank you for not censoring things like using the word “thin”. For Pete’s sake, can people seriously not handle a freaking word now?? It’s maddening! Good for you. I love your videos and would find it very aggravating if everything was made to sound watered down so the vocal minority can complain about something.
I couldn’t agree more!! I have been thin my entire life and I will always call myself that. Thin/thick, skinny/fat common people will always find problems. Keep shining girl
I agree 100%. Every descriptive word or adjective these days has become offensive to someone. I think some people just sit on the edge of their seats waiting to be offended by something. And like you said, they're ususally the vocal minority. 😫❤😘
You are not responsible for other people's mental health. If a person freaks out over the word thin then that person needs to make sure therapy is a daily part of their life. We can't walk on eggshells. Great video! Thank you for sharing!
I'm 43 mother of 2. I had hypothyroidism. I tried keto and carnivore to fixed it without medicines. After 15 years everything looks great. I eat a lot of protein and healthy fats for hormonal balance, strength training. Greens and berries, brazilian nuts. I feel great, hair, nails, skin hormones 👍👍👍👍. I hope every woman find what works for them❤
I have a similar story! I'm 49, mother of 2. I have hypothyroidism and carnivore has been a game changer for me! I managed to finally lose weight and I feel great! There is hope after hypothyroidism!! So glad to hear that you are feeling great and found something that works for you!!
You've spoken pure facts. I'm 52 and I'm not on any prescriptions, once I realized that foods are my medicine, I was able to lose 15 pounds, and I've kept it off for a year now. We have a choice in how we age. I'm a convert to eating mostly veggies, and fish, never felt better. You look amazing, haters can go kick rocks.
I'm 50 and have been through menopause since I was 47. I found that when I ate healthy hot flashes and hormones were much more manageable. That alone makes it worth it to eat healthy.
I love the agency you hold: "I am a product of my choices". I could not agree more. I wish more people would embrace their own power in their wellbeing. Great message!
I’ve been watching your videos for about a year or so. I really enjoy them. I’ve been in a weight loss journey. I’ve gone for 198 to 159. I have a few more pounds to lose. I’ve used many of your tips to achieve weight loss. I’d love to see more videos on what you eat in a day. Even if they are repeats. 😃 it keeps me motivated and is a great reminder!
That's where I am now and I need to lose desperately down to the 150ish something range!!! I just get so discouraged and don't know where to start, I just found this page today and hopefully will find inspiration 🙏 and tips!!!
I applaud you for standing your ground! You are not responsible for how others feel about themselves. You earned a follower. I’m only 32 but I love the way that you have kept yourself together. I was diagnosed with hashmimoto’s so I’m on a similar journey
I agree 100%! I'm a 38 yr. old fitness trainer and hold exactly the same nutritional ideologies as you. I probably monitor carbs a bit more as I don't eat fruit regularly, but fruit is certainly healthy. No need to censor... people who are easily offended have very little exposure to cultures, ideas, people, etc. Love that you share honest tips! Fantastic video! ❤
These are my FAVORITE videos of yours! You’re so honest and actually help us! THANK YOU for not telling us to eat 2500 calories to be a “healthy weight” . I want to be and remain thin and I want realistic ways to do so. So thank you!!!
I'm 54, and in the last year, I got really serious about my health and the way I was feeling and looking. I was one stone overweight, and it was mostly on my tummy. My already narrow frame did not look good. I didn't feel sexy anymore. I noticed that I had started getting annoyed with my husband when he walked into a room and I was getting changed. I felt sluggish and down in the dumps generally. I had to step back and take stock. This wasn't his fault. It was mine. So I took action, joined a gym and dug deep. Now I lift weights three times a week, and I also do one spin class per week and I am happy to say I have lost the stone in weight, and I am now much more in the mood for loving 😂 I feel sexier, happier, lighter, and stronger. And yes, I am still building the body I want, but now that I have accepted this is a lifestyle, and it's part of my routine, just like brushing my teeth. I know I will get there. I have learned many things in the last year and for me 20% of my success is the exercise and 80% is what I put in my mouth (abs are made in the kitchen) and also that exercise is the number one most under utilised anti-depressant there is. Thank me later 😉 😂❤
excellent video, you practice what you preach & you’re an amazing example for women-young & older. Thank you for your time & sharing awesome information with us 53 yr olds going through peri-menopause. It’s appreciated & needed!
"The way I feel matters alot" - I felt that. I'm 51 1/2 and you are so right...these last 5 years have been so much more about eating to feel better. I'm drinking half my body weight in water and OMG, it has been a game changer for how my skin feels.
As a 26 year old, I appreciate this message! I used to diet and exercise to be thinner (no judgement on the title, I’m talking about equating self worth with weight) but now I’m dedicated to making good choices now so that I can be healthy for as long as I am able.
Thank you for this video! I was able to maintain my physique fairly easily in perio-menopause. I had no idea how drastically the shift in hormones during full blown menopause would change things! I’m only 49 and now post-menopausal. Started bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and am hoping the balance restoration helps me get back to me! Keep up the great work!
Ugh! Makes me nervous.😫Some days, right now, I just don’t feel like myself and I can’t shake it. It’s such an odd feeling , but it’s GOT to be hormones! A part of me just wishes I would go ahead and get to menopause already so I know what the new me is going to be like. 😂❤😘
Do keep us updated on the HRT and very curious about it. I'm only 40 but I'm considering getting on them because there are some disturbing symptoms that are making me not feel like myself already😢
It is so refreshing to see someone so honest and truthful. I really LOVE the way she explains this which I totally can relate to. Thank you so much for explaining and now after listening to you I will be able to work towards my body goals at 55 😊
Your body awareness is phenomenal 👏🙌 You listen to how your body responds and feels and make choices that make you feel good. That’s the bottom line and summary of how you stay in shape that makes you happy.
I agree with the exercise part and how I don’t really enjoy it but have made myself do HIIT off and on since college. Then I found pickelball and I ENJOY it and never feel like I’m exercising! Obviously, it’s not the same as weights but it’s still movement that gets your heart rate up and it’s something I can easily be consistent with.
Jenifer, this post has changed my life! I was ready to hear your message and it just resonated with my whole being. I’m 55 and have struggled with the question “ HOW DO I EAT?!” I’ve been on so many diets. One day I made a list of all the things that seem to agree with me and the bottom line was fruits, veggies and lean heathy meats. How do you feel about grains like oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice, etc? I also loved your intermittent fasting talk. So motivating. Your right, exercise is a sacrifice but I loved your honest view of “ What do you want? To feel good you need to sacrifice”. I’m going to check to see if you have a video of your work out but if you don’t have one please consider posting. I am a soda drinker causing belly fat to accumulate. Great anti water tips😅! Please know you are making a difference with these posts. 🎉 Finally some answers!!!♥️
I watch every second girl, I found this very helpful. I'm 31 trying to get a physique like yours and maintain it. Videos like this help me to collect the habits to achieve it! I am very grateful
U know. People r just so weird. I gave friends that could care less about how they look and their health. I'm not 1 of them. Guess that's why I enjoy ur channel so much. I'm 63. I'm fighting the aging process with everything I have and ill never give up. So I get u girl. Keep the videos coming. Love you
Hi Jennifer!! I was wondering if you’d be willing to do like a What I Eat In a Week video. I know there are many of us who greatly appreciate your creativity where food alternatives are concerned. I for one would love to see how you eat in a week including your cheat day. I find your will power and matter of fact way of dealing with diet and exercise so inspiring. Thank you for being yourself!!
I watch your videos now and again because of your personality. You come across as warm, passionate and genuine. I would not follow your diet advice as it would not suit me. In a world that is over focused on looks, I don’t want to be that example to my daughter. I want her to see a mom who eats ice cream, exercises for fun and wears the dress even if there is a bit of belly sticking out so I focus more on what my 50 yr old body can do and less on what it looks like. In this world of over focus on looks, I worry about the message I send to my daughter if I place too much value on being thin. In all fairness, I don’t live in a country that prioritizes thinness, I don’t put my body on social media and my partner doesn’t care about my weight. I cannot imagine how hard it is to live in a world where that is the case. You probably already know but in case you didn’t, you are beautiful but that is my no means all your videos have to offer.
You look great! Whatever you are doing is working. People will always find a way to nitpick at everything you say or do. People that can’t achieve what they want will always criticize others that do.
This video is sooo real! People who are not ready for changes or are stuck in a pattern where they feel helpless are the ones who get offended by this truth i was one. Truth is we are what we eat! I wanted to share this qoute. “ the difference between who you are and who you what to be, is what you do” 😊 thanks for this video Newbie 🤚🏼
I love how you explained why you eat healthy. We all have are reasons. You look fabulous! I drink a lot of water in the morning as I am getting ready. With ice I need it very cold as I am hot. I also eat my first meal of the day around 11:00. I make it the night before and I always have fruit at this time. That is my breakfast and lunch meal then I always have dinner no later then 5:30 so I am finished by 6:00. I then have a cup of hot tea around 7:00 pm that's it for the day. I eat mostly chicken breast veggies and salads. Not much of red meat. I weigh 135 lbs at 60 years young. I am 5' 6. That's 10 lbs more then I weighed all my life I fill great. I hate to exercise but do it first thing to get it over with. I stay active with my grandchildrens busy schedules. Love your channel. I have never committed before. I wish as women we gave more positive compliments. You are beautiful fit and healthy keep being you. 💕🌴
This was very helpful to me. I just turned 50 this year, which sounds weird to say because I don’t feel 50, but I know my body is changing a lot. I have sore hands a lot, and I know part of it is that I am a professional gardener, but I am going to try cutting out more refined carbs and see if I can decrease the pain. I like your insight, and your personalization… it is inspiring to find what is gong to work for me. Since perimenopause, I have gained 10 pounds that just doesn’t want to budge. It is in my chest, shoulders and belly. I know that as we age, things start changing, but the concept of a ‘liveable’ diet that works for me is a great idea! Thanks!
Thank you! I love the idea of telling myself, “Is this bettering my health/ appearance or keeping me from it.” Also associating nasty things with fried foods. I try the 80/20 as well. Thanks for the hints! You looks INCREDIBLE!🙏🏼💞
I love how you don’t obsess on all the details of having the healthiest diet but rather focus on doing the best you can with your own likes and dislikes! I used to eat this way in my 20s and 30s and stayed slim, but then lost my way in the last few years. Now I’m in menopause at 42 years old and have just gotten used to indulging all of the time and put on 25 lbs. Thinking about eating “healthy” can be overwhelming when you look at all the advice out there, you think you have to give your whole diet a 180 🥺But you have inspired me to get back on track, because it is doable! Thank you for your honesty and sharing with all of us!
While watching I was reminded of something that is helpful in reaching our goals and that is, coming up with the reasons why you should or shouldn't do something. I love all the reasons you gave for eating healthy and all the other reasons you do what you do.Too many people take offence about anything nowadays. Thanks Jenifer for taking the time to do this video!
Thank you so much! There are so many parts of the aging process that we have no control over, but we definitely have control over our eating habits. I’m just not ready to throw in the towel yet. 😂❤️😘
Thanks for not censoring yourself. People can be ridiculous and for the sake of human decency and common sense, it makes me happy to see people stand up to their nonsense
I really appreciate you making this video. Your words have impacted me in a way that makes me realize “I” am the problem and “I” am the solution. I can change my choices!!! Thanks for always keeping it 💯. You look amazing by the way. 💪🏽
Hi Jennifer! I’ll be 44 in August… and I’ve always lived and believed in these things. Good for you for not bending to this weird culture we are in and not censoring yourself! We are from a different time for sure ❤
You are so much like me when I was your age. I am 56 now, but my figure was pretty much identical to yours and i loved the same benefits that came with staying in shape. I loved clothes and being able to wear what i wanted and reap the benefits of all the hard work and sacrifice to stay in shape. I never followed any particular diet either, just tried to eat as well as i could for me
Jen thank you taking great care of yourself for so long that now you are able to share the mindset with us. I believe mentality is the number one thing that’s going to help me achieve “skinny mini thinness”(I’m petty 🤪…sorry). I’m so glad that you are able to push through the nonsense and continue to help those of us who want/need this type of information. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 💐🌼🌻🌷🌺🌸🪻🌹💐
Thank you for talking about body image as one of your priorities. I also turned 50 this year, and good health has always been important to me. But lately, it’s been harder to have my healthy habits in the forefront, and my physique has suffered. Now, on this leg of my fitness journey, my appearance and the way my clothes fit is super important to me!
In perimenopause as well. I found taking wild yam root supplement in capsule form has helped tremendously. Calms down the moodiness/hot flashes. Has also helped with making my hair thicker and skin has been more moisturized since taking wild yam root daily.
You are stunning...that is why some women give you negative comments. It is not your job to worry about other people's "triggers". That is always their job, as" triggers" are super unique and different for everyone!
I am in peri menopause as well, have two adult children, menopause belly and so frustrated! I’m 54 y/o and short which doesn’t help I so appreciate this as the menopause journey is so hard ..I appreciate you ❤
I used to drink coffee with cream & sugar but I really wanted to try intermittent fasting so I started drinking my coffee black and at first I hated it but after drinking it for 2 weeks straight, I started to actually like it. I need to do a better job of having snacks prepared in the fridge like you do because once I am ready to eat, I don't always make the best choices. Your video was motivating!
People are triggered because they're fat and they want to be thin. I want to be thin and I like this kind of content. 😊. I respect you soooooo much. Your self discipline and self respect is amazing.
I wasn't going ro click on video..because you look so perfect..my thought was it must come easy for her. So glad I watched..your awareness and tips are a game changer. I am 52 and just now realizing as I get older certain foods make me feel different and everything you mentioned is spot on..thank you so much for doing this.
Jenifer, this is such a great video. You clearly state your “why”…. keep inspiring all of us with your REAL lifestyle…. it is a choice as you clearly state. Great job !!
Thank you so much for this video. I’m 43 years old and I just discovered I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Plus I’m perimenopausal. I’ve had a hard time with the weight gain, mood swings, cravings and my hormones going crazy! 😢 I feel like my body got hit with these two changes at the same time and it’s so hard to loose weight. Hearing your story I now feel encouraged that I can loose and keep the weight off. Thank you so much for your honesty and straight forward kind words! ❤
This video has been helpful and I took notes for myself. I am turning 44 in a couple of months and have let myself go since 2020. I have watched your previous ones and this one happens to be the most helpful to me because it had some important gems that will help me. Thank you!
I agree with everything you said. If you don't like plain water, try LeCroix sparking water. I love the Limoncello and Orange. Just a hint of flavor and is 0 everything!! Keep up the good work!!
You could always play around with lemon/lime/mint/cucumber, or fruit to infuse your water with. Love these types of videos. Your results speak for itself. You have it down to a science.
I am 59 and had lost 65 about 8 years ago then during 2020 I gained about 25 lbs back and feel awful about my body looks, feels, everything I have hypothyroidism as well for about 25 years now and am on Synthroid I made the decision about 10 days ago to get a body scale that gives you all the measurements, pilates magic ring, and pilates bar. been having serious issues with swelling ankles, fingers and my shoulders I think its arthritis never diagnosed but have sooo much swelling, when I lost the weight the last time I added iodine haven't done that yet but I am sticking to 1200 calories staying accountable. I stopped sodas about 8 years ago. Recently I was overdoing it with Chocolate chip cookies about a bag a week. it was my downfall. I am done with it. When I want something sweet now I am eating like 3-5 cherries or a small protein bar thanks for your video. What kind of Protein powder do you use?
Hi Jenifer, I’m so glad you will not censor yourself and you have such a lovely speaking voice. Please keep sharing I enjoy every single video you make. 😊
Honestly I'm 26 and I have two kids, I miss being 113. At the moment I am 120 and I know it is not far from my usual pre baby weight but dang I can't keep the weight off it just glides back on. I think my eating decisions are pretty bad in all honesty. So this is definitely encouraging, thank you:) you look great and your tips are helpful. Oh and one thing YOU ARE THIN 😉💓
Hi Jennifer, if you are intermittent fasting depending who you follow, but most say having coffee and tea are ok. As long as it does not spike your insulin. You can drink water, mineral water, apple cider vinegar, tea and coffee. And thank you for not censoring yourself, people have to learn to deal with words. Or don't watch. Things that trigger me, I don't watch. Thanks again for your video it helps a lot. And you look fabulous. And here is a new saying from my friend " A moment on lips a lifetime on your hips"
Good for you Jenifer and terrific video! I too couldn’t live without fruit, I love it. And I am so much more aware of nutrition now at 47. Thanks for sharing all of your advice!!❤
Another excellent video! You are very motivating! Love these types of videos from you❣️ So glad you are not listening to negative feedback! I’m 62 with hypothyroidism too, it’s definitely a daily struggle but you are correct, you have to decide what is most important and I choose health and looks over momentary gratification! Thank you so for this reminder, I needed to hear it today!! God bless and thanks for all you do!🙏
I love to hear that you continue to take control over your health by making good choices! It really does come down to discipline and choosing health and physique over instant gratification. 🙌❤
Jenifer, I love your videos and your tips have so helped me loosen up on my strictness towards food. I’m exhausted from all of the “rules” and the “don’t eat this” culture. Food is a blessing from God an$ is meant to be reasonably enjoyed. I praise God that we are so blessed to have food, abundantly, and have so many choices! I just made your soda cake recipe! Wow! This is a game changer! My husband loves it, too! PLEASE keep doing more of these types of videos! You’re a bright light☺️
Dear sweet Jenifer ! I’m not an English speaker so I apologise if my English is not perfect. I usually love your videos and my favourite ones are these videos. I love your personality and how sincere and genuine you are. I feel you re the only UA-camr who opens so honestly to us and I’m extremely grateful for this. When I listen to your videos, especially the more personal ones I feel like I m with a good friend sharing personal thoughts and insights on life. Thank you for being who you are. Please don’t listen to people who tell you otherwise I admire your determination and by the way you do look stunning!
I am moving into eating more simple foods. I’m cutting out almond milk just bc it has too many ingredients. Im putting water in my protein shakes. Also, let people say whatever they want. It helps your channel bc they comment.
I feel like with fried foods, if you traditionally eat healthy and avoid them, it will tear your gut up and I think that’s where the feeling ick and skin looking terrible afterwards comes from. I hate that! I do like fried chicken and French fries every once in a great while but it’s hard to stomach.
I love this video so much. I am working on weight loss right now and I have pretty much been doing the majority of things that you mentioned. I have lost 18 pounds and I just feel over all so much better. This is a whole lot of good advice!
I KNOW almost everything you mentioned. BUT, it's THE WAY you said it! I had to instantly peel the orange next to me that I put off eating all day. 😋 Thank you so incredibly much for posting this. You look fabulous (and like 30 years old!) - and you have your head focused in the most phenomenal way.
“Everything that you put into your mouth is going to affect some aspect of you in some way” What a profoundly true statement! We all know this but… does it stop us? 😜I wish! (Two ice cream cones and two ice lollies later… at 11 PM!!! 😩)
You saved my life! Dramatic statement-LOL-But your video on the "Allergic to the blue dye in your hormone pills" litterally saved me!!! My hair was falling out and I switched to Tirosint for Hypothyroid and it was a game changer! Cleanest form of Synthroid-zero fillers/zero dyes! I love your videos-you are a breath of fresh air and Skinny/thin/fabulous!!!!!!! Truly-you are in fabulous shape and you make every effort to stay that way-the utmost motivation and true example of hard work!!! xo (P.S.- My pharmacy now has it "saved" that I am allergic to blue dyes in medication)!!!
If you don’t like water, try this: Fiji water in the freezer for 2 - 2.5 hours. It is the only water I drink and it’s amazing! Don’t skip the freezer part. Once you try it you’ll understand why!
Don’t censor yourself for these sensitive people. You be your beautiful self and they can watch a different channel. You are thin and fit. Those are descriptive words.
You are spot on. I think 85% of our illness as Americans is due to something we eat, drink, or smoke. Being fit and healthy and vibrant takes work. you have to do the work. Sadly, most Americans would rather pop a pill. Ps. Sucralose is Splenda, an artificial sweetner. Still better to drink the water with it probably than not drink the water.
Just the Video i needed , thank you so much ❤ as a 25 year old with thyroid Problems due to medication i tend to blame my unhealthy eating habits on my illness , but you motivated me to try to stop this „Bad Cycle“
Awesome video!! And thank you for mentioning that your hands and joints hurt when you eat refined carbs... I never thought this before, but I have noticed my hands, neck and back being super achey lately, and have been wondering why, when I don't physically exert myself on the daily. I do eat flour tortillas and tortilla chips pretty often, more often than I should. I'll try to lay off those things and see if it makes a difference! 😃🙌✨
Honestly I think people (and I’m guessing mostly women) get upset because you are thin and beautiful at 50. Let’s be real here. Most women’s in their 20’s don’t even look like you. And there’s nothing wrong with that! If everyone looked the same life would be boring. So many women’s are insecure and social media doesn’t help the matter. It’s their own personal issues so don’t take it personal.
44, IBS, hypothyroid diagnosis in 2011, peri-menopause, 4 kids...I always worked out but never kept my diet in check. Switching it up to limit sugar and refined carbs 2 years ago and now mostly carnivore...all of my IBS and thyroid issues are gone. My bloodwork shows everything in the normal range for the second year in a row and my peri-menopause symptoms are minimal. Taking care of our one body and one life we are given is so important. I want to be around for my husband and kids for as long as possible and if that means to not eat the cake, then I'm not eating the cake.
Girl you are amazing!!!! And so beautiful! Thanks for everything you’ve shared! Love hearing real life that I can relate to! I’m 54 and still in peri meno! Its been a huge struggle mentally and physically but I finally got my hormones checked and I’m getting myself straight again. In one year I’ve gained the freshman 15 that I never gained in college because I’ve always exercised my whole life and had lots of food discipline then suddenly it all stopped and I wasn’t prepared for it. I got anxiety and just lost my self but I’m determined to regain myself and I will. Keep up your amazing food discipline I’ll be following. I’m with ya on the eating after 7-8. You never mentioned alcohol I’m guessing you do not drink it since you said you don’t drink your calories?
I am 36 and I feel like you are how I am starting to realize I need to be to maintain my health and shape. Thank you for speaking your truth and motivating and inspiring me to be my best.
I don't know what it is about the way you describe things but I find it so helpful and calming. I come to your channel to get centered and find inspiration to live well and healthy!
Thank you for the advices, 47 yo here. After doing my typical diet 2 months ago to lose the 10 pounds I gained.. ended up gaining 10 more pounds! My carbohydrate diet is off the table, I do not want that, I’m happy with the proteins instead, had to change my diet due to my age and menopause and I stopped gaining weight and I slowly started losing weight, will follow more of your advices since I need more guidance! Thanks!! So awesome to hear from someone else who’d rather the way of eating than to let your body be demolished, I am not a teen or a 30something, I’m ok and happy adapting to my age and to a new happy way of life! Thanks to God for being alive!
Really appreciate this video as I am just beginning peri-menopause and your videos have already encouraged me to start focusing even just a little of body areas I am not happy with. Anyone can do 3 sets of 10 tricep dips etc I remember you saying that and you’re completely right! It makes it easier to do things when they aren’t giant mountains in our mind. Thanks for the encouragement and the happiness, love your positivity!
You have amazing things to say and practice what you preach! It is the best to concentrate on health first, but sorry, not sorry😺 but being "fit" and "thin" is very important to me. I have found that after 50, I just simply need less food and eat less! However, I do love sweet things, so I eat fruit and use erythritol and small amounts of honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar in homemade sweets. Btw, I loved your yogurt cheesecake! Secret to menopauae weight gain is that we just need less food. You are very disciplined and I enjoy your "skinny" videos🩷🌸
That’s so interesting. I honestly feel that as long as I eat nutrient dense food, I’m perfectly fine eating less, without feeling hungry. 😊 I’m so glad to hear you liked the cheesecake alternative. I just had some today. Yesterday too. Lol! 😂❤😘
Would be even better raw fruits and veggies. Less food sustains body but doesn't repair it. But raw fruits repair body. Raw fruits and veggies anti aging but it's very hard to eat just raw vegan food, not many can fo it long term.
Thank you for not censoring things like using the word “thin”. For Pete’s sake, can people seriously not handle a freaking word now?? It’s maddening! Good for you. I love your videos and would find it very aggravating if everything was made to sound watered down so the vocal minority can complain about something.
Right. It's just a descriptor like a person saying they are fat is weaponized now🙄
I couldn’t agree more!! I have been thin my entire life and I will always call myself that. Thin/thick, skinny/fat common people will always find problems. Keep shining girl
Well said..
Literally!!
@@withlovechristine3378 👍👍👍👍. So happy for you
Same!
@dimitrarizou9746 same here , I've tried everything but nothing is working 😢 do you still take thyroid medication or you fixed it with food only?
@@ayidabeneba4294 only with food. I hope you will find your sweet spot 🙂. Take care
That is great news!! All of my perimenopause symptoms are pretty mild for the most part, I hope menopause is the same.❤😘
Sending Love ❤️...Rosaleen...Are you single? ❤️💕💕
That's interesting because I feel I am starting menopause so hearing another reason to eat healthy is helpful
That's wonderful!! I'm so happy to hear that you're actively achieving your health goals. It's not easy, but so worth it! 🙌❤
Good job I bet you feel amazing !!
Great job! I also agree with your comment about the repeats, it’s very motivating. Keep up the awesome work your doing!
Same I’m 32, no diagnosis but have been struggling with my body. I just came across this video and plan to watch more❤️
I agree 100%! ❤
That's awesome! Especially that you're a fitness trainer...it makes me feel like I'm doing something right. 😘❤
I am 49 and you’re 100% on point for my life & weight journey right now. Haters gonna hate, ignore them. You’re awesome. TFS!! 💞💪🏼
These are my FAVORITE videos of yours! You’re so honest and actually help us! THANK YOU for not telling us to eat 2500 calories to be a “healthy weight” . I want to be and remain thin and I want realistic ways to do so. So thank you!!!
2500 is a lot for small people. 😮
Different strokes for different folks. I'm 5'11" and I know I should eat more than someone 5'3"...that just makes sense!
@@joannathesinger770 exactly I'm 5'3. 🙂
@@adrienneroxanne9833 Aren't I a good guesser? LOL!!!
You are ahead of the game Jenifer!! At 61, I don’t recognize my body. I’m small and not overweight, but I miss my 50 year old body. Keep it up!! ❤
Always look'n good! Btw they should have picked you to play the Barbie movie role just say'n!
Lol! That’s sweet, thank you! ❤️🤗
I agree. You look like a barbie doll Jenifer! :)
I agreed too !!
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰agree
RIGHT?!!!!!!
"The way I feel matters alot" - I felt that. I'm 51 1/2 and you are so right...these last 5 years have been so much more about eating to feel better. I'm drinking half my body weight in water and OMG, it has been a game changer for how my skin feels.
Have you seen any changes in wrinkles or sagging? 🤞🏻
Thank you so much for explaining and now after listening to you I will be able to work towards my body goals at 55 😊
It’s come to this. People are triggered by the word, “thin.” Thanks for sharing your video. I’m dealing with many of the same issues so it’s helpful.
Finally some answers!!!♥️
Keep making these videos. I’m almost 50 , obese, and never learned this mindset. thank you for posting either way!
“ the difference between who you are and who you what to be, is what you do” 😊 thanks for this video
Newbie 🤚🏼
I love that quote! Thank you for sharing. 🤗 I think that when we put the responsibility back into our hands, we feel empowered! ❤️🙌
You are very for and thin and look healthy! Don’t silence yourself because of what others say. You do and be you!
I never followed any particular diet either, just tried to eat as well as i could for me
why are people so sensitive, be yourself, you're gorgeous self. thank you for your videos, i appreciate them.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
💐🌼🌻🌷🌺🌸🪻🌹💐
Omg, your comment made me Lol! 😂Thank you! ❤😘
Couldn't have said it better ... thank YOU!
Has also helped with making my hair thicker and skin has been more moisturized since taking wild yam root daily.
where did you get it from?
I love herbs for this phase in life. I use the wild yam cream! Black cohosh, vitex and so many more.
I get the wild yam supplement in capsule form from nature's way.
I am LOVING your hair today!!!
Great straight talk. Your unapologetic frankness is appreciated. Thanks.
I’m definitely going to play around with those. Mint sounds delicious!!! Thank you! ❤️🤗
I love what you show us! You have inspired me to eat better! ❤
That makes me so happy! Thank you! ❤️🥰
Me too. My parents didn’t know how to teach us. We are southern.
Everything is fried.
I am glad you use the word thin! You ARE thin and it's the right word to use! Thank you for being so honest.
Hi Jenifer, I’m so glad you will not censor yourself and you have such a lovely speaking voice. Please keep sharing I enjoy every single video you make. 😊
You are so sweet! Thank you so much! ❤️🥰
I’m two years from 50 and I have hypothyroidism and you give me such hope.
Praying I can have your results; thank u for being so generous to share.🩵
This video is very inspiring and motivating for me as I'm going through menopause right now! Your hard work shows! Beautiful lady!
Talks like this are hard to find these days, I'm glad I found this video. Thank you
I love listening to you. And I'm shocked to hear that you hate to workout!! I used to be a personal trainer.
I hear ya girl, jealously is a real thing, you look after you and doing a fabulous job
"Nothing Tastes as good as being fit and trim." Great and Memorable Quote. Thanks.
Fantastic video, thank you for not letting people stop you from using how you talk.
Please don’t listen to people who tell you otherwise
I admire your determination and by the way you do look stunning!
You’re incredible! Thanks for staying true to yourself! Ignore those haters!!! ❤
If you don’t like water, try this: Fiji water in the freezer for 2 - 2.5 hours. It is the only water I drink and it’s amazing! Don’t skip the freezer part. Once you try it you’ll understand why!
You look great and saying thin shouldn't be a problem, it's still a free country. Thank you for sharing your story.
It's the Barbie diet! 🎀🎀🎀
Have not even gotten far into video, but good for you for not censoring yourself. Can’t please everyone, and that is for sure! Also- you look amazing!
Thank you. Those who don’t like what you say should probably not watch. Keep up the great work and I appreciate your transparency.
Don’t eat when it’s hard dark, easy rule to follow. Our eating window should be in sync with the sun
Your skin is so beautiful and glowy!
I support you to just talk normally and own your topics, keeping doing what you do! Your here to share info and that’s all the matters 💯
@@kitty1256x I agree about the vegetables but I don't always eat them raw. I eat a lot of fruit too! They are so filling🩷
