Suzuki KingQuad - final drive oil change

One of the last jobs to complete on this 2019 Suzuki KingQuad 4x4, replacing the final drive gear oil. Now beware, if you have this job to do then it's imperative you use the correct gear oil in the final drive unit given it has a wet brake system.
In this video we run through the correct oil specs including Data Sheet, relevant torque settings, & oil quantity needed.

For the final drive it has to be 80w90 with the friction reducing addative

this is the same recommendation as the kawis quads have the same thing, brute and prairies i have run tsc premium wet brake hydralic oil for about 20 years with no brake falures, and tractor supplies are every where, just had to switch to the king because you cant get them anymore, but going to continue running that fluid for the 424 because of my experiance

Hi John, Holley was all scheduled to come down last weekend to film the last jobs on the DR200 plus a photo shoot, live stream & a couple of other short videos I had planned
Unfortunately NZ went into Lockdown a few days earlier which had to put her visit on hold for a few weeks
Hoping to reschedule for mid September before I head down to the South Island - I'll be able to edit up all the videos whilst I'm away :-)
Let's hope this current outbreak gets under control soon so the restrictions can be lifted
