I use marine anti seize instead of grease. Also use silicon grease on the o rings, marine grease can degrade them. May be a little OCD. Good tip on the flush.

Thanks for this video. And can you help us. Many people with small engines Suzuki DF20A have problems with clogged coolingchannels in this motors. We change anodes, thermostat every year, but after 8-9 seasons engines stop running. The temperature at some point rising above 80° .What can we do to solve this problem?

    Hi.
Can you please confirm total number of anodes existing for this motor?
I see the 5 x anodes changed out here, but what other anodes exist and where?
    Thanks

Soak those anodes in rydlyme overnight and it will eat the salt right off. Salt off good for maintenance but a marine de scaler will rip right through thick scale

Yea dude rydlyme 100% or squirt a whole bottle of lime away in the top hole let sit then vacuum out
And then rinse with water and vaccine out again

I have a 2023 200 APX with its very first 100 hour service due in Sept this year.
What additional work (in addition to tasks specified in OEM spec) would you suggest I get done for this service?
For replacement time, What material anode do you recommend for this 2023 block - zinc or aluminium?
I’m interested in that cut off switch used for the remote flush port used with hose. Can you provide more details on this cut off switch?
    Thank you.

I would recommend spraying the whole engine (everything under the motor cover) down with Corrosion X as in this video link. Zinc for saltwater, Home Depot for the cut off on hose. ua-cam.com/video/k1VyVnPR-ok/v-deo.htmlsi=U5Ggd0Y3pAFsN76k
