@sharonframpton1887 I did get it and actually have a video coming out tomorrow with me wearing it. I did have to alter to chest area but you can't see it - I cut a slit in the back and sew in fabrics. I ordered me some other tshirts after I got this one and looks like my bust size is a 5x. Wow these tshirts do run on the smaller size but luckily I know how to alter clothes

Hi Cathy, good luck sewing the shirt! I want to do some garment sewing too. I need to work it in to my schedule but first I need to do some alterations. It seems most of my spare time goes to quilting. Maybe I'll pick one day a week to do garment sewing. I love the Mercantile collection. We also got a rollie pollie in a sew sampler box.
I think I recall that - wasn't it with the Haberdashery pattern? I will search it out if I need to but I am not quite at the point in getting all the fabrics. I do a little at a time when I can catch it at a good price.
I haven't sewn garments in years - probably since my son was little. 😮 I love a good 3/4 sleeve (and agree that the neck ruffle needs to go - I don't even like t-shirts with too tight a neckline).
Yes, I can wait until I can get creative with the pattern.

The fabric that you purchased for the shirt and the shirt pattern are both really cute.
Thank you! I am hoping the fabric isn't too heavy or stiff for this pattern. I wanted a heavier fabric than a gauze type fabric which is very flowy but I don't want it so heavy that it makes the shirt stiff. I don't know if that makes sense.

Henry glass fabrics are going out of business. Now is time to find your favorite fabric. Cause it won't be around long. Sorry to see them go. It was a good fabric manufacture.
