Feel better! I don't have any excuse for not finishing a little single block project today .... I sat down twice - once to cut the pieces for a block (out of 7 I miscut 3 😂) - and the second time to make HSTs (and did the 4 at a time - but misunderstood and sewed the diagonals too). Duh!

Prayers for continued healing! Beautiful block!

I need to look for new sheets, but I do not like microfiber (at least the ones I've purchased in the past). I will be curious if you find them to be cooling as they advertise.

I use a surge protector on my sewing table. It’s zip tied to the table leg. Yes the zip ties are far away from any electrical business. But I turn the power off at the surge protector so my sewing machine, my iron and two lamps as well as power cords to my phone and iPad are all turned off at the same time. That way I know for sure that the iron is off when I leave because I wouldn’t leave my sewing machine on overnight.

Well hello Miss Cathy! You did get some good deals! I bought a set of rollers on prime deal. The lint roller thingies. One long handle and one short. They're washable and reuseable. You can use them on anything. I'm pretty happy with them so far. That's a cute set you got for your grandbabies. Did you get the big rubber band thing for your adjustable bed? We have a California king adjustable and I cant keep a sheet on that thing. My husband says that rubber band will fly off and decapitate us lol! I see they have sheets for adjustable beds on Amazon, but they're too pricey for me. Let me know how that bed band works. I hope you're feeling better. Take care!

I go back and forth. I do one binding. Then I quilt one. Then I piece a while. Then I bind. Etc. I make sure to finish something before I start something

Today I started quilting the pumpkin table runner I got from you last year. 😊 I had gotten a backing, pinned together the quilt sandwich, and then was intimidated to quilt on such pretty fabric. 😂 But, since then I've made 3 more quilt tops (including my Silverstone which is waiting on the longarmer) and 2 table runners (which I've practiced my quilting).

I know exactly what quilt you are talking about because I bought the same one after I saw you "un-bag it." I never thought that you were doing a tutorial. You were just sewing a quilt and chatting with us. Anyway, I haven't worked on mine since the creator said what they said to you. Solidarity, I guess. ❤ Your quilt tops are so pretty. Look back in your videos. I think you have shown that backing fabric before from fig tree & co. You probably said what is was for.

I just finished sewing up Clue 9 now to take all the pieces to the park and lay them out to see if I can figure out the design.
