when I make the subsequence and fill it to the mogrt it keeps jumping in time. What am I missing?

Man I'm so lost. What If I have and adjustment layer to make my transition? It wont let me put it in the essential graphics window. Still I dont get how yo manage to have 2 separate images for this

Try pre-comping the adjustment layers and dragging the precomped layer into the essential graphics panel - see if that works!
