Hey! Thanks for the video! Did you know, that you can set any 3D layer or object to "accept shadows only" in that way you have realistic shadows by default reacting to your environment light! I made a video about this if you want to see it in detail: ua-cam.com/video/084_1jWli0U/v-deo.html
Thanks so much for the tip! I actually have trouble with the realistic 3d shadows - either that or my computer is too slow processing it - def will give it another try - Thanks for watching and love your videos btw!
@@linestodesigns Shadows can use a lot of memory. Lower the "Smoothness" settings in the Renderer Options for faster performance. You also need to make sure any objects you want to cast shadows are inside the Casting Box.
First, you have to make sure that your 3D file has a Animation options to begin with, if it does, then, also make sure that you’re in after effects beta. Hope this helps
Make sure you're using After Effects BETA helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/after-effects-beta.html Once you have that downloaded, you should be able to see animation options if your 3D Object was created with animation built-in. Hope this Helps!
@@zuhalm Either your model doesn't contain any animations -- or the specific animation type isn't supported (e.g. Morph Target animation). I would suggest using the .glb used by this video demo, and try that.

i select the animation but its motion less ..what to do?
Try selecting “Draft 3D” it will speed up your rendering a bit, if it still doesn’t have motion it might be an issue with the glb
how to enable animation option in may 2024 version cause' i dont have any.
U find it brother ??

Are you making sure to use After Effects beta?
Amazing bro🎉 we need more videos like these 🎉 my questions is the animation is working on images?
Thanks so much - right now it just works with 3D objects that have animations built into them - exciting stuff!
