How to start a DIFFERENT Town with Creative Asset-use in Cities Skylines 2

Today we're attempting to build a realistic resort town, inspired by those found throughout the island and peninsulas of Eastern and South-eastern Massachusetts. It's not an easy look to achieve in Cities Skylines 2 at the moment, but we give it a shot with heavy use of the under-utilized primarily European motel assets in combination with a selection of the new assets from the beachfront properties pack. We sprinkle in some custom parking, surface detailing, heavy prop use, and a marina! Hope you enjoy!
