Dude there was this weird kid I went to middle school with who fit this description of a character to a T. I'll never forget the one time we were in science class, we were in the computer lab researching some project idea thing for a group project, and then this kid is sitting in the corner at the computer looking up images of misty from Pokemon and downloading a bunch of them to his thumb drive. When the teacher came over and caught him in the act, I swear to god the freaking out and cries he let out were some of the funniest shit I've ever witnessed in my life.
