Review of Home Chef's Italian Wedding Soup with Pork Meatballs - NoRecipeRequired.com

I'm a soup fan in general, and Home Chef makes it pretty easy to cook their take on Italian Wedding Soup.
This is essentially a chicken soup, with Italian seasoning, kale, and pork meatballs. While it's not the most flavorful soup I've ever had (can we get another flavor packet Home Chef?), it's still very solid and quick to make.
The directions were easy to follow, and it took less than 45 minutes to make. There's quite a bit of pasta & meatballs in the soup (it's a bit short on broth), so it's actually a pretty substantial meal, and I think more than enough for two portions.
The recipe also has you make some cheese croutons with olive oil and parmesan cheese. They are great on their own, and provide a nice crunch and of course dipped into the soup is the way to go.
I'd maybe add some more chicken stock, but overall I liked this one, and would happily re-order it.
