      nah bro i did low volume for 4 months worst mistake of my life put more volume back again again gettting bigger i regret wasting so much time

      @@elka7823 You didn`t train hard enough then. I`m doing 1 set to failure on every lift for almost a year and saw much better results. I`m bigger and stronger than i`ve ever been.

    number of my failure sets per week can reach up to 24 per muscle group, but I really feel that I am recovering because outside of the gym I have no activity at all and I eat a ton of food, I see growth but not as quickly as I would like, should I try low the volume?
