Steel Marking Die on DATRON Neo

Visit www.datron.com for more info. This marking die was programmed with Mastercam and milled on a DATRON neo with a final cycle time of 13 minutes. The material is A2 tool steel (pre-hardening). The final part and all machining strategies are shown at the end including feeds and speeds for all tools. For the purpose of this video, we flipped the artwork so that it would be readable on the finished sample.
