I dont have a garden (and thats good, because I am very uncompetent about things like plants, flowers, herbs etc.). I love the looks of Jamies garden. And luckily, my mother has a garden, and she is my fresh salad / veggies / herbs and berries provider. Fresh things from her garden are just so much nicer, than stuff from the supermarket.

I dont understand what you mean what your comment. I think, everybody who looks at this video, will understand that Jamie wants to show us, that even in winter, you can have great salad from your garden, and that you can make tasty and healthy dishes with it.
