Oh I missed you all live but no worries! To Sheila's point, I had to drag out my skeletons years ago, I'm 61 now, and realized that my first heartbreak was never resolved and I chose similar ones trying to forget and prove that I was lovable. Anyway, years of prayer, reflection, self discovery and healing mostly through books helped me tremendously. I'm a southern woman and our AA older ladies have been notorious for turning a blind eye to infidelity and abuse. Great job ladles!! ❤

@@theflygrannybk27 Thanks for responding, but no, I think neither one of us want to be the first one to reach out. Maybe it’s the fear of rejection or just simply poor timing. I thought seriously about reaching out several times, but I didn’t want to appear needy or desperate. However, I just can’t shake the fact that I need closure so that I can move on.
