  • Today we install a Real Plunger and the nudge board - KL25z - that assist's realism , you need to know how to set up the plunger , so your slide pot wont get damaged , I will show you how I set mine up , once fitted I was very happy with the result . For me this was important as It took me back when I was a kid playing real pinball .

Haha!! I just found this video. I'm in process of building a VP Cabinet / Setup myself. I've already built my analog plunger and I can't believe we used basically the same design. Mine is a little smaller on the bottom side as I used angled aluminum plates, but same slider pot, same mounting feet... basically the same type of coupling. Glad to see someone else doing the same design and seeing it in action ;)

Hi, thank you very much for your video. Maybe one tip, instead of using a regular slidepotmeter you can also use a slidepotmeter that are used in a mixing table. They last much longer (garanteed 100.000 slides). They are a littlebit expensier (€ 25,-) but much more reliable.

Hey really helpful video. Thank you for showing me this. I'm looking at the Kl25z board. But don't know how the buttons work or what voltage of buttons are needed to be used. I'm looking at a electronic launch ball button which uses 12volts of power. I'm also looking at installing leaf spring buttons and then standard 5v buttons. Would appreciate help. Thank you for any of your time.

Great setup.. Was there a guide on wiring? I see a lot of install build vids but the more important thing is actual hookup procedure. Trying to learn to build from scratch

im testing the kl25z, it works really good on test, next step i'll be making the cabinet, the plunger was my main concern, does your potentiometer still works? cos i have been told that they broke pretty easy. Good video of all the process.
