Really enjoyed this one, of the small pistols .22 short, .22LR and .25ACP the Beretta 950 and 21 series guns are the most reliable of them all. Keep the RF version clean and you will have a trouble free pistol, never had a 950 .25 and I have owned several, ever jam, have feeding issues of any type an extremely reliable mouse gun.
The older one from 1958 holds nine rounds, and believe me that gun you’re holding will stop somebody nobody wants to have seven holes in them, Lord willing none of us would ever have to do that it would suck bed

It's literally sold as a target/youth pistol. Most people use it for self defense though (sadly). A .22 short won't kill anyone unless hit in the head point blank. Your just injuring and annoying your attacker further if using in self defense
I have one. If I were to carry it , I carry it Cocked N Locked. I also have a Beretta 21A in .22 L.R. it's a DA/SA and can be carried Cocked N Locked or Double Action.

There isn't a 22lr in that model. You must be thinking of the 21a bobcat.

Mine is stuck with the safety on off 🙄 I'm at the end of any ideas other than send it to Beretta for servicing.

Mine was made in Italy With no external safety.
