A judge has to rule based on what the law says so unless they went out of their way to rule against what the law says then they made the right ruling. That being said I think that’s why it’s important to push to deregulate the food industry so Americans can choose for themselves what kind of food they want.

In fact, I’m a rescuer, and animal advocate!
Back in the Fall, two poodles showed up at my house. I quickly got them off the highway, and into a rescue kennel, until I could locate their home. One was a young adult male, the other a very young female. Male was intact, and the girl had no scar or tattoo indicating she was altered. Sure enough, about the time my missing pet page, on Facebook, lit up with hits, I began hearing the children calling for their dogs.
I can’t prove they’re for breeding, but it was my first thought. I only know that, when the kids are outside playing, the dogs are playing with them.
My daddy grew up with working mules. Few things angered him, but seeing a Mennonite working their mules, non-stop, especially on very hot days made him very angry! His philosophy was that if you can’t respect, and take care of it, you have no right to have it! I totally agree!
In reality, it isn't really about the seller, it's about the buyers. They don't have the power to stop everyone who buys, so they attack the provider of the product or service. It's about control. Kind of a "they aren't really after the farmer (or provider of whatever product or service you want), they are after you. The farmer just stands between you and them." Government licensure is all about control - not about safety. No matter what the profession is. Licensure is about controlling what the consumer is allowed to buy. When they stop anyone from selling to someone who wants to buy, they do so to control. It is never about safety. It is always about control.
This is an overstep of the justice system.

I have the same problem as the lady's son @1:00, my inability to find fresh clean food near me and the grocery store being too expensive & not always clean is causing me to drop weight and hurrying along my end. People have a right to seek other options on food, he should be being helped in his helping of others not blocked. After seeing the very strong support of the customers who buy from Amos Miller, and have for years: I think what Amos Miller should do is fill out adoption papers for his customers. He's allowed to continue to produce milk for family, without having to pasteurize the milk, ruining it for those that require it to be natural and whole.
I'm sure a talented Attorney could draw up adoption paperwork, that will limit his "adoptees" from taking advantage of him adopting him.
His customers apparently need his product for health concerns, and aren't worried about any illness from the milk itself.
I use to own a farm in PENNSYLVANIA which calls itself a COMMONWEALTH and if you read between the lines MEANS COMMUNISTS/ SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter has allergies and the only milk that she can drink is pasture raised milk that we cannot find in stores, and the eggs that we buy from the farmer.
When I came to America I could not drink milk anymore because I get so much pain from it, until I we found this farm now I can drink sweet delicious raw milk, no problems at all.
