When i saw the reels for this home i was like im gonna LOVE this home. This Hands down my favorite house in Marbella Spain! Everything is beautiful in this home and to have views like that is perfecto.. 1 million thumbs up

Question, on one side there is a neighboring house, on the other side the plot is still empty. Can someone build there or is it protected land? If can build, you will be very very close to the neighbours, as the house is as wide as the plot itself. Ps, some really nice modern house on the background, higher up the La Concha mountain. If I have seen it correctly there is neither electrical shading nor smart home technology, I noticed only conventional push buttons, so no central operation or remote access. For a home of such a level unbelievable. Nevertheless my impression was positive, thanks to the perfect presentation, as always.
Incredible house. Stunning in every aspect, and the roof terrace is just insane. Staff quarters a bit cramped but maybe there's room to have a separate staff quarters building which I would prefer, and likely the staff too. Your channel, your rules but I just want to say I'm no fan of Patrick talking over Dominik so much and especially these constant "corrections" gets annoying to listen too. Dominik got this, no-one cares if he formulates a sentence mildly wrong. I get that it's meant to be witty but it could be done better. See Producer Michaels house tours where he interacts with his camera man Adam Swords which displays a nicer language between them and a better flow. Also Enes and his camera guy nails this. That said I still love to see your videos of course, you're doing a great job.
