This is simply well designed home because all elements seem to have been concluded before construction began - from internal decoration to lighting engineering (including window positions) to home flow to colour pallets to materials used to art. This was done by a very meticulous architect/engineering team indeed. Exquisite and nothing overdone ❤
Gentlemen, finally. This house is simply stunning. It immediately screams that the people and craftsmen and designers are talented as hell and took this job seriously.. Nothing too much and nothing too little. Elegance simply and classy. And it has a "carport" that makes me feel like I am on a first date.
Wow, I really like this home the kitchen, dining, and living room all flow together I like that it is open 32 guests would be happy there. I would however need a few more extra ovens in the kitchen because I need that proofer for my bread, buns, and pizza dough. At this point, the bedrooms would not matter as long as the master is huge enough for me but it is one thing I can bend on just for the space I can have for friends and family. Ouch, Patrick be careful where you are walking lol try, and not to hurt yourself I know it is hard but safety should come first :) Anyway, Thank you Patrick for making my week :) it is always good to see you :) xoxoxo Although I can not make it to see you right now there is a time I will but once business dies down right now it is not an end to it. Life happens outside! It’s very vibrant and somewhat mystical. Hard to describe what I mean by that - the south of Spain generally has a unique flair. The sunsets are more orange, the sky more blue, lots of greenery and southern Spanish people are extremely nice. It’s made by nature while Dubaï is made by humans, that’s my personal opinion ofc! We all have a different taste and that’s great:)
I don't think I can add to the comments that all the guys below have written, except, if you can have a couple of models jump in the pool, we demand the videos of Patrick pushing Dom in the pool...oh and it's a lovely house too
Entertainment room and the kitchen, dining room and living room combo save this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were boring. The bar was awesome in the entertainment room might be the best we've seen in a while.
