!Why we love this Villa!
In today´s property tour we have visited the exclusive listing from Propana Group. This beautiful, modern, stylish and homie Villa is located in the secluded, private and gated urbanisation of El Madroñal in Marbella. It sits on a manageable flat-landscaped plot of just over 2.600m2 overlooking the rolling mountains, greenery and the sea.
For us, this Villa was perfect in many ways. With just over 600m2 of interior built m2 it offers sufficient space, yet providing a certain coziness which we loved. Die Villa ist ein Traum, jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jede Ecke des Gartens hat ihren eigenen Charme und lädt zum entspannen ein. Bei Nacht kommt alles nochmal ganz anders zur Geltung und erweckt das Haus zum Leben. Ich würde am liebsten sofort einziehen.

🙏💯🙏 crazy weather the last couple of weeks which hindered us from filming. We had something called Kalima rain, which brought Sahara sand with it. So imagine it raining all the time with this reddish rain and all the white houses being painted red 😅😅😅

Danke für den Einblick in diese tolle Villa! Was haltet Ihr persönlich von fragwürdigen Einrichtungen wie der Badewanne im Schlafzimmer oder der Dusche am Balkon? 😅
Gewisse Ecken in solchen Häußern würde ich als Käufer sofort eine Renovierung durchführen wollen, wie zB das WC vom Badezimmer zu trennen.
Ansonsten wie gesagt, top Haus!

The only cloud we had trouble with was the cloud covering Marbella and causing non stop rain 😜😋😋
No floor plan 😔 plz include them in videos as you done with few of your previous videos it really helps to understand the lay out of the house and easier to navigate what area you’re showing.
