On Wednesdays, impossible whoppers are $3 in the app!
WHAT….thank you!!
Woah! Good to know
You just gave me some valuable information 😊. Thanks
From where?
wild. that is dope af actually
Great video!! Fyi the flamebroiled burger at Burger king is actually cooked over an 0pen flame and honestly to me that gives the most authentic grilled burger flavor😊.All preference though. Glad I found your channel! Have a great week.
I was gonna ask if the smoke coming from Burger King was for show.
I adore the Burger King impossible whopper
I learned this from a BK manager when I raved about the burger not being a hockey puck. She said to request it “straight off the grill”.
I love Burgerville because in addition to vegan cheese and aoli, they have gluten free buns AND you can get a vegan shake 🎉
I love raw onions, I love onions in just about any form 😂. Also really enjoy these taste test videos!
Same 😊
Oh I’m sorry I am not with you on this ☝️. I hate raw 🧅 on my 🍔. If I were to have 🧅 on my 🍔 they would have to and I repeat have to be cooked down to the softness whereas I can’t taste the rawness of the 🧅 in my mouth.
I love onions period. Especially sautéed and some raw is ok in salads, sliced thin on burgers and sandwiches.
Normally I skip thru sponsor sections, but your pupper…awww😊
Love raw onions!! (And cooked)
Burger King in New Zealand has the chicken burger in vegan (as long as you swap the mayo to their vegan aioli) and its soo good
I wish they had that in the US!
Yess those are good!! The BK Chook. Was a great quick meal when I was campervanning in February!
Yes we have the vegan royale in the UK as well, and also Burger King in the UK has vegan chicken nuggets, vegan cheese and vegan bacon (as well as the plant based whopper). I believe that UK Burger King has pledged to make their menu 50% meat free by 2030!
@@Totallyrandomthatsme omg yum that sounds so good!! And awesome about the menu, BK here is doing a limited time 'burgerito' which is a plant based mexican inspired burger which is pretty cool! I didn't realise how ahead BK was especially here in NZ where most fast food places dont have vegan options
@@courtzcolv yes I’d say Burger King is definitely way ahead. UK McDonald’s has a vegan burger called the mcplant which they collaborated on with beyond, and it’s good and all but they then brought out a double mcplant that just has an extra patty and they really hyped it up as this new amazing vegan option but it’s like come on, that’s not really a new option, it’s just so lazy. And then kfc in the UK has a vegan chicken burger and domino’s and papa johns have vegan pepperoni and cheese and things like that but Burger King is the best one in terms of giving us vegans variety so we can actually choose what we want instead of one token item if that makes sense!
Thank you for recording in stereo! It is so much nicer to listen to.
I used to love burger King and once they started offering the impossible patty, I love it again! But, next time, try Carl's with the BBQ sauce. It's good! These are my go to. 😁
Great tip for Carl’s Jr! We will definitely try that next time.
And add onion rings 😋
Just an FYI, BK also has the Impossible King, and a deal for 2 meals for $12, making it a good deal.
I am not a regular consumer of fast food
but I saw a flyer for Burger King
here in Germany
and they were pushing
their plant-based range of items
I haven't tried them but it is good to see.
The long chicken sandwich from BK was my favorite thing ever! Boca patties recreate it pretty well!
Jasmine’s face after eating the spicy one 😂 and cute little Louie!! Great video you two!
I love Burgerville! They are also the only fast food place that you can get vegan milkshakes! They make it with coconut bliss ice cream!
I'm in Muskegon, MI. My favorite burger here is at Red Robbins. There are so many ways to build your own burger 🍔.
I'd heard that the vegan burger at Burger King is cooked on the same grill as the beef burgers. Don't know if that's true or still the case. I've never tried either Beyond or Impossible because I'm not interested in cooking it at home and rarely eat out. However, it's nice to know there are some options. My favorite store bought veggie patty is Morningstar garden veggie and it is now vegan. I don't care for raw onions either.
That's true. Technically, none of the "so-called vegan" burgers at Burger King, Carl's Jr, or the Habit are truly vegan as they are cooked on the same equipment and using the same utensils as the meat. (I contacted more than one store manager from each chain to enquire) It's great that there are options for those trying to eat less meat. However, I dislike the false advertising and promotion that companies use. It might be fine for those who don't want to eat much meat, but as a vegan, I won't eat them as they contain animal fat from equipment. (Vegan for 20 yrs, veg for 10 yrs prior)
Hope it's all good guys! Sending positive vibes and thoughts your guy's way
Thanks so much! Right back at you :)
Love you guys!!!
Your dog is so calm!!!
I love your videos! I'm new here, but I also love your dog
Love videos like this xx
Love the video. I only have a Burger King out of all those restaurants where I live. I hope to one day have more options for a fast food burger one day. I get tired of a whopper if I’m out with not many options in the Midwest.
Thank you! We hope so too!
I don't like raw onion, either! I feel you, Jasmine.
Yes I love these videos 😊tfs guys
I love these videos.
Nice video I usually go for Carls jr over burger king down here in california hopefully they bring the vegan option to jack
Omg! I had no idea Jack in the Box had an impossible burger! I hope they get them in Cali. The only vegan option I knew that was on the horizon was supposed to be a chicken patty sandwich. I’d much rather have the impossible!!
Put the red onions back in the burger...LOL
I love Good Planet cheese! That spicy burger sounds amazing
Sorry Jasmine but I love all onions raw or cooked 🙄 Love you guy’s ❤
I too don't care for raw onions. I also prefer "Beyond meat" over "Impossible meat" for all my cooking.
I couldn’t read all the comments first but Burger King cooks the Impossible on the same “grill" as the meat making it technically not vegan, more for meat eaters to have a not meat option. They will cook the Impossible separately in what I think is the microwave if you ask. Routinely White Castle cooks the Impossible sliders on a separate dedicated flat top. I enjoy the BK Impossible Whopper the best as is, or at home with my own Mayo but I need to heat the burger first in the microwave.
I need try the JACK IN THE BOX Burger ASAP it looked so good I’ve never had JACK IN THE BOX even before I was vegan so super excited to give it a try!.
The curly lettuce makes me happy!
I love flame-broiled anything, definitely going to Carl's Jr and try their vegan burger.
Excellent vegan burgers taste test review video Chris & Jasmine. We have vegan burger options in the UK from Burger King, KFC, McDonald's and Nando's ( spoilt for choice). There's also plenty options for ready made vegan burgers for eating at home from supermarkets. Love 🥰the video and love 💞🧡Jasmine & Chris.
Woah; Gardyn is really cool. Thanks for posting! I'm with you; don't care for "flame grilled" or "char grilled" burgers. I'm new in my vegan journey and will have to try the JITB burger!
I'm with you on the raw onions. At home, if you slice them and add a bit of salt and vinegar and leave for 15 mins before shaking off, that removes their harshness (Jamie Oliver tip).
So I have called 10 different Jack in the Box in WA state and they all say that the franchise does not carry the impossible burger! I’m jealous you got to try it because I live so close to one- but looks like your location is very special! lol
Sorry Jasmine, I do love raw red onions. Although if I have too many at once they will make me sneeze. So I live in Oregon and didn't Hardee's(sp?) use to be here?
Which Jack in the Box did you go to for the Impossible Burger. My wife and I are traveling and would love to try it ... Thanks!! 🤘😎
Those Louie head and snout pets during the sponsored promo 🥺
Hieee, we miss the original veggie burger from burger king.but NOT the impossible whopper; taste is off. will try Jack's when near one.
I love onions raw or cooked 😊
Didn’t you guys go on virgin voyages? I’d love to see a video on that 😊
Charbroiled burger are so goood! I ask for it well done at carls ❤
Jasmine, I am 100% with you there. I hate raw 🧅 on my 🍔. If I ever want an 🧅 on my 🍔 they would have to be cooked down to the softness so I don’t have to have that rawness taste in my mouth.
I love Good Planet cheezes!
I’m excited to try jack in the box as that is a good price. I liked the burgerville burger but the price for a burger and fries, plus them asking for a tip, was too much for fast food imo.
Like Jack in the box too! San Diego,CA
You should try the habit!
I feel that the all these places cook the burgers on the same grills that they use for meat.
We get the carls Jr beyond burger all the time! It's our favorite. P.s I hate onions too hehe
You would really enjoy the vegan options at the restaurants in Western new York!
Hi guys ... thought I would ask again about which Jack-in-the-Box location you were at ... the locations I have asked don't have the Impossible burger. I would really like to try one. Thanks again!
I've never liked raw onions. I've been attempting to incorporate though lately
My fav is Carl's Jr & the salsa on the burger is vegan 😋
I hope BK in the U.S. gets the Chik'n sandwich they have in the UK, Australia, and NZ! (and potentially other places?)
I LOVE veg burgers…. But real veg burgers and NOT Impossible Burgers! I can’t do any of the impossible veg meats! My fav one is made with beets, mushrooms and walnuts as the main ingredients!!
I've had the beyond western burger at Carls Jr. Barbeque sauce and onion rings are probably the only difference from the star burger.
Finally someone who hates onions 😂 I couldn‘t eat any of em tho
😂😂😂
I've only known people to hate onions but I love them. If someone doesn't want them all eat them raw or cooked 😂
I love the idea of Burgerville, but yeah, she pricey!
Anyone know where to find the Jack In the Box impossible burger in Los Angeles county?? 🥺
I am also not a fan of raw onions, unless it's super thin and marinated in a salad.😁
the silent zoom-in at 8:15 hahahaha
😂😅😂😅
I used to love ❤️ the Beyond Famous Star at Hardee's, it was so good. Then Hardee's decided to take it away a few years ago. It was the best plant based Fast food burger. Now I can only get the BK Impossible Whopper which is good but Beyond Famous was the best in the South East states.
I wish you guys had a&w in the states. You need to try the beyond meat burger there
There are A&Ws in the US, they're just not very common.
I liked your video. However, I went to Burger King today and they still have a very good deal, where you can get any two burgers, including the Impossible King for $7.79, I believe.
Raw onions give me crazy headaches but…I love them so much I put up with the pain 😅
If you happen to be in Colorado try GoodTimes they have 2 great vegan burgers
Good to know!
Thank you for the recommendation’
We're in Colorado and have a GoodTimes in town, so thanks for the tip.
No raw onions! But caramelized is awesome!
Burgerville saved my life all through my undergrad hangovers (13+ years ago ) I still miss their seasonal veg + vegan options
🧐
Glaringly absent is McDonald’s. When are they going to wake up and offer anything vegan (other than a salad) throughout the States?
Honestly, if I’m on the road, I go to Taco Bell. Many more options, including fresco style, and 10% senior (55+) discount.
I had no idea that Jack in the Box had a vegan option. We've only ever gone to Burger King. There is a Jack in the Box closer to where we live and as you guys pointed out it's less expensive.
When did JITB get impossible burgers??? My local one doesn’t have it yet.
They’ve had it here for quite sometime now, but I know it depends on the location!
Burger King’s offering is so good I’d call it the Incredible burger
Burger King has the impossible king burgers as part of the 2 for $6 menu. You gotta ask to omit the cheese. Really good deal.
So far, my fav is the carl Jr's
The Carl’s Jr secret sauce is actually just ketchup and relish. Just say no cheese and no mayo. 🍔
Carl’s Jr. Special Sauce:
Soybean Oil, Sweet Relish (Pickles, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, Vinegar, Water, Salt, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavoring, Sodium Benzoate (a Preservative), Alum, Polysorbate 80, and Turmeric), Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Egg Yolks, Distilled Vinegar, contains less than 2% of: Salt, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (as Preservatives), Xanthan Gum, Spice, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Garlic, Onion, Natural Flavors, Calcium Disodium EDTA added to protect flavor, Caramel Color, Tamarind.
Personally i get the big hamburger and just sub for a beyond patty. To me it tastes way better than the famous star and its cheaper. Fast food lettuce and tomato always disappoints me.
omg this is how i find out carl’s jr is the west coast version of hardys lmao… i had no idea
got bk i don’t know if they still do it but they used to have the 2 for 5 so you could get 2 impossible whoppers for $5
I wish they still had that!
Here in Cullman Alabama, our Hardee's doesn't have a vegan burger. The only one of these we have is Burger King.
Love burgeville, I think I liked their bean burger more and of course the bliss shake 😁 I'm with Jasmine, no to raw onion 🙅♀️
Burger King is my guilty pleasure, I love the char broiled flavor so much and it low key is better than most of the LA vegan burgers especially for the price
Not a raw onion fan either. I once (pre-veg days) blew a poor BK worker's mind by ordering a Whopper Jr with no onion and a side of onion rings 😄
It was the pepper jack cheese for you spice heads, Give me the "Beyond Burger"
Hate raw onion too!
I love raw onions 🤤
For Carl's Jr. always add guac and jalapeños. Delicious!
But does their guac contain the dreaded raw onions?? (I'm with Jasmine on that; I can only eat cooked onions 😭 😂)
@@C.L.Hinton 😄 I'll eat any onion, any color, breakfast, lunch or dinner, raw or cooked. So I'm a little bit biased on that count. Apologies.
My favs for sure Plant-Based 🍔 would have to be Carl’s JR. I know Carl’s JR is pretty expensive but I think it worth it.
It's Hardees where I am, and I don't think they have it.
@@michellehalemassacreUmmm May I ask you what is Hardee’s and also may I ask you what 🌃 or state are you from?
@Judy Khaleck Hardees is Carls Jr also known as Red Burrito. I live in Missouri.
Just wondering about the bun at Jack in the box, is it vegan? I ask because the bread looks pretty great for a fast food bun.
Based on their allergen sheet, the buns don't contain any eggs or dairy!
@@Sweetsimplevegan LOL I just looked at their bun nutrition. Honestly in the video it has that egg wash look. Out of the buns (not) the burgers, which bread was the best? Image wise Jack in the Box looked best to me.
I think the best bun was either jack in the box or burgerville!
I always take off raw onions of anything i get, luckily my husband likes them so we dont waste it or lose money bc they don't give you a discount when you omit things!
You got to get the carls western beyond burger! So much better
I’ve only had BK and Carl’s Jr. I love the impossible, but get sick of BK after a while. I’d say Carl’s Jr. is objectively better though; it’s good and fresh every time, whereas BK is hit or miss. Their pickles are also so good, I wish I knew the brand lol. I really hope Jack in the Box brings theirs to more locations, I’d love to try it, especially since it seems more affordable!
Some A&w's have beyond burgers available though you have to say no cheese or sauce.
8.99 just for the burger
? Jeeez.
!!
Thanks but I think I’ll stick with In-N-Out’s Double-Double!!!
I love raw onions!
You guys are so generous, saying "great job Jack In The Box" when they have literally no vegan menu item and you have to remove key flavour like cheese and mayo with no replacement. I mean I know times are changing but damn it's taking way too long to get fully vegan food onto menus. Kills me!!! Kills the animals!!
